The house is not in a condominium, but the land is adjacent to the preserved Araras Biological Reserve, giving more privacy and silence to the place. Our house has 7 suites between the main house and the annex, all with split air conditioning and heating. We have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gourmet area, surrounded by lush greenery and 15 minutes from downtown Itaipava. There are two houses on the land, the larger house being more comfortable and with 4 bedrooms. Our annex house is also incredible, with 3 suites, but the bathrooms are less architecturally designed.
