Impeccable stay. I felt at home, very clean environment! Fully equipped, impeccable dishes, everything above expectations! The common space of the palace was also amazing, many beautiful spaces!! I fell in love and I'll be back for sure.

My vacation was excellent, I was able to get to know and enjoy a wonderful place. I only passed through the entrance of the city, but without entering and getting to know the beautiful imperial city☺️! I liked the place we chose to stay, a quiet, clean, tidy place and close to the center. We did everything on foot without having to take the car out of the garage. Raquel and her husband welcomed us very well, made us feel at ease, answered the messages when I needed help and guided us on how to get to know the city without taking the car out of the garage. We will definitely be back and choose to stay in the same place. We even got a nice cold one in town, everything was perfect!

The accommodation is exactly as in the listing: good location, easy access, clean and in excellent condition. The building is quiet and safe, attentive doormen, market and restaurants nearby. Rodoflo Bruno, the host, was very kind and helpful. I loved it and want to come back more often.

I was very well received, Gabriel was a sweetheart to me the whole time, he showed me all the things in the house, he welcomed me very well, he made me feel super comfortable as if it were my own home! The house is too wonderful, I felt super comfortable as if I lived there, I left wanting to stay. the house was super clean, just waiting for me and when I left I left everything organized. I totally recommend spending a weekend at this house, because it's really worth it. Thanks Gabriel for all the attention and affection you gave me, I'm still very happy.

The place is very beautiful and organized. You can see in the details all the affection that was put into the decoration. The apartment is very spacious and can undoubtedly accommodate 4 or 5 people. Good kitchen and laundry facilities and an excellent living room. The room is very large and has a beautiful view of the Crystal Palace. As mentioned, there is noise, but nothing that bothers you too much. The only point that could be improved is the shower. When we arrived it wasn't working, which was kindly fixed by Victor (very helpful). However, the shower installed, even by the wiring, does not heat the water much. Even if it opens very little, the bath is quite uncomfortable. Even with this problem, I gave 5 stars because Victor was very helpful in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible and it may be something related to it being 127V and the 4mm2 wire, which makes a higher power in the shower a little unfeasible. Independent, thank you very much and I certainly advise you to consider the space.

We really enjoyed our stay. Verinoca was responsive to our messages and the apartment was great. It is in proximinity to the city sites and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

The stay was excellent! The house in Petrópolis is in a quiet and safe condominium, ideal for resting comfortably. The structure is great – everything we needed was available: a well-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, a hot shower, Wi-Fi working well, and a super clean and organized environment. The location within the condominium is great, with plenty of nature around, silence at night and easy access by car to the city center. It was a very pleasant experience – perfect for both a weekend and a longer stay. Attentive and helpful, always available to answer questions. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

Excellent stay, I've never stayed in an Airbnb so well-equipped, thought of all the details… Super clean and comfortable! Lucas is very helpful and polite. Location very good tb. The only point to consider is that I am a very light sleeper and a lot of cars pass by at night, so I can't sleep well. I couldn't stay for many days, but I wouldn't stop coming back for a short time again. There are many benefits! A 10!

Great accommodation, everything clean, organized. We bought breakfast items at a nearby grocery store. There was an electric pan, coffee maker, sandwich maker and minibar. Impeccable shower. Inside the condominium itself, there were some restaurant options. Close to shopping with a variety of stores. We will definitely be back. The host, Gabriel, also made us feel very comfortable.

My stay at Rubens' property in Itaipava was excellent! The environment was impeccably clean and very well cared for. The location is great, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of the region. The condominium's amenities perfectly met expectations — everything was very organized and functional. The bed and bath linens were clean and fragrant, providing even more comfort during the stay. A special detail was the treat left for guests, showing affection and attention to detail. I recommend and would be back for sure!
