Our property offers accommodation in the center of a walled and very large land, with huge garden, many trees and species of plants. You will wake up to the singing of birds, feel the mountain climate of the Petropolis mountain range, as well as appreciate the many squirrels, monkeys and hot tubs that visit.

Beautiful house amidst lush nature, in the Vale da Boa Esperança condominium. Ideal for adults and children to relax amid waterfall baths and the natural pool of pure and crystalline water (direct access from inside the house's grounds!). With a tennis court, swimming pool, skating rink, game room and TV, soccer field, and plenty of flat grassy space. (Note: In the next few days, I may be without internet access during the afternoons, and I will be able to answer inquiries in the morning and at night).

Amazing house in Nogueira. Not to be missed!

The cozy house in Nogueira, Serra do Rio. Our house has 7 suites between the main house and the attached house all with split (air conditioning and heater). We have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gourmet area, surrounded by very green and 15 minutes from Itaipava. There are two houses on the land, the larger house is more comfortable and has 4 bedrooms, our annex house is also amazing, it has 3 suites, but the bathrooms are less worked on by architects.
