It was a sensational trip. Mirian's apartment is wonderful. super cozy and very functional. I felt right at home. It has everything you need for good hosting. The leisure area is amazing. My kids enjoyed a lot. And the location is very good. Great restaurants and other shops in general. Super indico. We will return for sure.

We went to a festival in the park of itaipava and the location was perfect for it. There were restaurants around and it was possible to walk to the event. The apartment was clean and ready to welcome us. Margarete left water and some cookies that saved our arrival. The sofa bed is comfortable and has enough closets for 4 people. The shower is great too. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seems to have enough to make breakfast.

The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

As for the location, it's perfect for exploring the Union Industry on foot. Good restaurant options just a short walk away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it!

The flat is a grace, functional, organized, airy, great view, excellent location, the porters are gentle , the building is organized and structured. The hostess is very kind and welcoming, responded promptly and instructed us appropriately.

Location very well described in the listing, comfortable and with all appliances working perfectly, the outdoor area is perfect and you only hear the sound of nature, no close neighbors so privacy was guaranteed, the view is a spectacle from all sides, congratulations on the perfect space you have. The house is just like the pictures. The place is gorgeous, quiet, and safe. The house is beautiful, well decorated, clean and with useful and necessary items to accommodate for days smoothly. Clean and fragrant bedding and bathing. We were very well accommodated and happy with our stay. The company was impeccable in service, availability and promptness. For us the negatives were: the lack of a washing machine, water filter and the house has some points with humidity, but we clearly realize that it is a problem of the region, since the maintenance was impeccably. We'll definitely be staying more often!

Absolutely recommended. We loved it, we didn't even leave the house, despite the not-so-good weather. They won't regret it, they'll just wish they could come back soon, as we already do!
