House vacation rentals in Petrópolis

The house is very good as we can see in the photos. Good, clean bed linen and towels. The location is 15 minutes from Itaipava by the BR exit and 20-30 minutes from the center of the secretary by a dirt road. Tatiana is an excellent host, she responds to everything quickly. Barbara was the employee who accompanied us. Excellent!!! Very attentive, cooks well, helps with absolutely everything we need. Really, staying with Barbara made all the difference. We had a great family weekend. The only suggestion is that if the family likes volleyball, you should ask before going because the court is still under construction.

The house is wonderful! Fully equipped and with wonderful interior and exterior space! We spent a wonderful day! Excellent location, next to the market, pharmacy... and close to the Historical Center. We'll be back for sure!

We had wonderful days, the house is even better than in the photos, comfortable, with a large outdoor space, our children played a lot. Everything was very clean, including the bed, table and bath linens. Equipped kitchen. Very quiet condominium. Mr. João was always very polite, met our needs, as did Marcia, who received us. We liked it so much that we'll be back at the end of the month.

Difficult to describe in words the best stay I've ever had, Paola and Leandro are extremely gentle, supportive and accepting. The house is amazing, everything top notch, everything clean, the kitchen equipped with all the utensils. We love the house, the view and all the structure that was offered to us. Our stay was amazing! Marcia was super proactive and attentive from the beginning, always available and full of good tips. The house is beautiful, well equipped, super clean and the condominium is quiet, safe and full of green, perfect for relaxing. The region has great tour options, and following Marcia's suggestions made all the difference. A special affection: finding the tidy bed with a chocolate mime was that touch that makes us feel at home. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

The house is very good, the rooms are spacious, living room, equipped kitchen and the outdoor area of the pool are excellent to enjoy with the family! They were very pleasant days! We went with children and there was plenty of room in the house and outdoor area to play, good for all ages, in addition to the pool that is successful too! Fabiana and Gustavo are very attentive and kind!

We went on Easter with the family. Everything went well. Rogério (homemade) welcomed us very well and was always ready to help us. The place is close to the center of itaipava, which has many attractions.

A great option very close to the historic center, we went to all the sights on foot. The house is as shown in the photos and descriptions, no surprises. A great place to stay, Amauri and Laura were attentive and pointed us to tours and places for lunch.

Maria Fátima's house is an entertainment!!! An art gallery! Including we bought one of the paintings! Beautiful decoration! Lots of well-groomed plants decorating everything! Cozy house! Soft, smelling bed linens! The kitchen has it all!! The house has a barbecue with wheels, which we took to the balcony and made a wonderful barbecue, looking at the woods and having fun with the birds! The bedrooms are very cozy, bathrooms with wonderful showers! A place to really rest! Not to mention the sweetness that is Maria Fátima! Very friendly and friendly! And we were also greeted with truffles and wine, plus a handwritten welcome note! Very fondness! We will definitely return!

Extremely friendly, responsive and flexible host. I asked for flexibility regarding the check-in and check-out times due to a need of ours, I explained the situation and she promptly responded. Clean house, tidy, better than in the photos, even though her house is upstairs, we had a lot of privacy, large rooms, especially the bathroom, kitchen items in perfect condition, kitchen with table for comfortable meals. The amount paid is valid. In short, I loved the experience and it's a place that's really worth renting, and I intend to go again.

House exactly like the pictures. Very spacious, rooms and bathrooms with good space. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, I didn't miss anything. But the star is the outer area, wide, beautiful and pleasant, with emphasis on the 2 pools. Host, and everyone I was in contact with, were very attentive, helpful and helped me a lot. Rent without fear!

I and my family booked to spend the carnival and it was simply an amazing experience. The very clean and impeccable bed linen, the house super clean and very complete in relation to the kitchen utensils (it is important to remember that we went with 2 chefs rs). The visual is absurdly perfect by day and night. If you have a large family, this is the place. We brought fans standing more by the habit of sleeping with “noisy”, but when the night falls it is quite cold, while in Rio it was 28 degrees there it was at least 18 at 10 pm at night. The pool has a great size, barbecue as well. The cris that is the homemade was super attentive and caring with us, and the housewife Ju at all times attentive to our doubts and responding promptly before and after the reservation. The house is not very close to things not, which for us was zero problem, but by car it arrives fast in the shopping centers and the one in Itaipava. We'll be back for sure 🩵

The house is spacious and the spaces are integrated, leaving the family always united during meals, barbecue, outdoor activities, ping-pong game, sauna, swimming pool. The check-in was perfect, as Adriana was waiting for us at the house. Same for check-out. The house is easily accessible. Beds and bathrooms that make us feel at home. Super well-equipped kitchen. Very warm and strong shower. Easy-to-turn-on sauna. Great size pool! The entire property is fenced, leaving our pets free to run and play.

I stayed on the Easter holiday with my elderly parents, and we really enjoyed the house, the surrounding nature and everything during our stay. It met our proposal well, which was to rest. The house is located in the middle of nature and provides tranquility to those who stay. A place of peace! Hosts Carlos and Marcia are wonderful people and promptly meet any need required. I recommend it!

Our stay was perfect. Great location for children, with leisure area containing swimming pool, playground and integrated with the barbecue. I recommend the hiring of Zizi to assist with the group's meals. Very helpful, cooked well, including the desserts.

The house is very good and well cared for. The hosts are great, super attentive. The access has narrow but common streets in this region and condominium. The only caveat was that my stay was at Carnival and there was a ball in the condominium club, bringing a part of the day. However, when the dance was over, silence reigned. A peaceful and good place to rest. I recommend

The stay at Lea's place was great, it's very nice there, with a wonderful and quiet garden and the house is also good. And Lea is a great host, very accessible. This is the second time I've been with my family and we love it.

We spent perfect days in the Neuzete house. The house has a very good energy, extremely clean and all the utensils necessary to spend the days. The swimming pool and the gourmet area perfectly served our family. We'll be back for sure!

Everything was fine, Vera was, as always, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we got a few rainy days and didn't enjoy the pool as we would have liked. But we did other things that were also nice.

The bed is huge, very good, great structure. TVs, large beds, a table for group dining and great for games, various accents throughout the rooms, appliances and cutlery in abundance. The house is right in the woods, it has a few steps to move around the grounds. The squirrels and tamarins are noteworthy, good for photos (note: none of them approached the house). There are a lot of insects, for those who are afraid it is worth paying attention, however, my wife survived them lol. The location of the house is obviously a little more isolated, but paradoxically, it is very close to the tourist attractions. It is possible to walk to the center, as it rained, we opted for a car and everything was very close.
