what a fantastic villa and a beautiful pool. The apartments are all of a high standard and it works brilliantly for a large group with plenty of space and quality pool amenities including wooden sun loungers. Murter is fantastic too with an array of excellent restaurants and bars and the views are fantastic. We loved every minute. Marko was a great host and responded to every request immediately.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa and particularly adored the view! The outside space and pool is perfect to enjoy many a sunset and view of the beautiful countryside and lake! The inside of the villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was great for when we wanted to cook at the villa but there is also a lovely restaurant 15mins walk away that we went to twice as it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Danijel was so accommodating with our flight times as well as organising an amazing boat trip that took all the stress out of a great day out! There are so many beautiful places to visit and we would particularly recommend the salt lake and plitvice lakes national park! We can't emphasis enough how stunning the view is, it was breathtaking and really made it an even more relaxing holiday. We will definitely be returning!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Ivan’s place is truly wonderful. The view is indescribable and one-of-a-kind, and for us (visiting Dekmantel) the location was ideal, about a 10 minute walk to the festival. Ivan’s grandmother lives downstairs in the villa and she’s a sweetheart, welcoming us with a drink and home baked goods. The last day she even brought pancakes. Unfortunately two of the aircon units in the bedrooms weren’t working and since repair would take too long, Ivan provided us with a few mobile fans which was a good solution in the end. I would highly recommend this beautiful house and would love to stay again if we ever visit Tisno again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Medici. Idéal avec des ados, multiples activités qui plaisent à tous: salle de sport, sauna, billard, playstation, piscine… chacun a pu avoir son espace et en même temps des lieux spacieux où se retrouver tous ensemble.

We all (from 11 years to 70) absolutely loved Hrvoje's house. We went in April and the area was so peaceful, the locals so friendly, and the house just had everything you could want. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. The pool, hot tub and sauna were perfect. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Hrvoje was also very responsive throughout, including when our flights kept being changed and cancelled.

Liebe Valentina und Familie, wir haben uns sehr gefreut über unseren ersten Besuch in eurem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Wettertechnisch hatten wir zwar 3 Tage kein Glück, dennoch konnten wir den Whirlpool auch bei starkem Wind draußen gut nutzen. Das Haus ist perfekt für 5-6 Personen geeignet. Die Betten sind super bequem und mit den zwei Bädern und einer Gästetoilette vergebe ich die volle Punktzahl. Haben ja in Kroatien und der Toskana schon einige schöne Ferienhäuser gehabt aber das Haus von Valentinas Familie hat noch mal einen drauf gesetzt. Zum Strand sind es 30m. Man kann hier den Weg bis zur Brücke nach Vir bei Ebbe gut mit dem Hund laufen. Hier wird gerade einiges neu gebaut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Valentina war immer da um zu helfen bei Fragen. Somit haben wir nun einen neuen Benchmark was Familienurlaub mit Hund angeht. Wirklich top alles! Wir freuen uns schon auf den zweiten Besuch. Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Luka war super freundlich & hilfsbereit. Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung und er hat uns eine gute Einweisung zum Haus und der Umgebung gegeben. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber. Auch der riesige Garten mit dem Pool war optimal für eine größere Gruppe. Nur zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner als erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen:)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und erhielten klare Anweisungen, was den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Poolbereich, der uns viele Möglichkeiten bot, Zeit voller Spaß zu verbringen. Das Gartenhaus mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet sehr viel Freiraum, was besonders angenehm war, da wir eine Gruppe von 9 Personen waren. Die fünf Toiletten und drei Bäder waren ein großer Pluspunkt und machten den Aufenthalt für alle sehr komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber, und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – von A bis Z stand uns alles zur Verfügung. Wir hatten großartige fünf Tage und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Villa bardzo ładna i komfortowa, duże sypialnie, salon, część jadalna, taras. Czysto i przyjemnie. Lokalizacja ok. Niestety w czasie naszego pobytu trwał remont ulicy co niestety powodowało że było dość głośno. Gospodyni bardzo elastyczna i przyjazna. Ogólnie oceniany wyjazd bardzo pozytywnie.

Great house with wonderful amenities. After boating for a week and eating out everyday, we appreciated the kitchen and outdoor barbecue for cooking. The unit was spotless, modern, laid out well and very airy and open. We had a vehicle and found parking to be very easy at the unit, grocery stores, town center etc. we rented 3 units across Croatia and found Antonio to be to the most responsive host. He always got back to our questions within hours if not minutes and was extremely helpful. Thank you for a great, relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic week using Marin's place as a base to explore the area. The property was superb and the kids loved the extras like the pool, hot-tub and games area. The shower is amazing! Marin was welcoming and communicative. This was a hidden gem in a tranquil and secluded area.

Ana's place was perfect for our family of 8. We had two pre-teen girls in the living room and it worked out perfect for them. The bedrooms were for the rest of the family. The highlight was the pool. We all needed a day of rest from our travelling and this was the perfect place to read, swim, and enjoy life for the adults and the kids. In the late afternoon, it was a quick taxi-ride to the city center where we enjoyed the sea organ, the Roman ruins, a beautiful dinner and an even more beautiful sunset on the Adriatic. Ana was quick to respond and take care of a wasp issue by the pool when we first got in. We all recommend this home for your stay in Zadar!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Anita. De slaapkamers zijn heel mooi en schoon. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar de stad of het strand te gaan. Het plaatsje in de buurt stelt niet veel voor. Er is wel een goede supermarkt op loopafstand van het huis. Het zwembad vonden we aan de kleine kant, maar wel netjes en schoon. Er waren badlakens beschikbaar. Heel fijn! Verder was het prima in orde.

Vi hadde et strålende fint opphold! Nydelig villa og veldig hyggelig og tillitsvekkende vert. Nydelige badeplasser like ved, og byene Nin og Zadar var veldig fine byer bare en kort kjøretur unna. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war makellos sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt, um sich nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen zu entspannen. Der Blick auf die Berge war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Strand schnell erreichbar, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Strand und Natur sein möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Jungs und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Natalija und Ihr Mann Mate sind super freundlich und tun alles um einen den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Dadurch dass wir früher einchecken durften und am Abreisetag sogar entscheiden konnten, wann wir auschecken möchten, wurde der Urlaub noch einmal entspannter. Mate hat uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Haus ist (bis auf die Liegen am Pool) genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien und zudem auch Gewürze, Kaffe, Kaffefilter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, aber mit einem Auto dennoch gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwieriger, da zumindest außerhalb der Saison kaum ein Bus fährt und es keine Fahrpläne gibt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ana’s vila is amazing! The vila is very spacious, perfect for a big group. The pool and outdoor is great, as well as the outdoor kitchen and bbq area. Ana is also great in communaction, responds quickly and was there to greet us when we arrived. Would recommend this vila!!

Prachtig huis met fantastisch uitzicht, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Verschillende terrassen op verschillende levels met lekkere loungesets met kussens en ligbedden. Veel comfort. Inventaris was zeer compleet. Wifi werkte alleen niet goed tijdens ons verblijf maar zelf geen problemen door gehad ivm 4G. 10-15 min. rijden naar Staringrad, dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje met aantal winkeltjes en restaurants. Kleine supermarkt bij camping aan hoofdweg op paar minuten naar beneden rijden. Lopen is wel flinke klim. Huis is het laatste aan de weg dus geen voorbijgangers, heel veel privacy!! Heerlijke tijd gehad!

Wir haben entspannte Herbsttage in Lukas Haus verbracht. Der beheizte Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder. Die Lokale haben leider in Novigrad zu der Zeit geschlossen, wir haben jedoch im Nachbarort (ca. 15 min Fahrzeit) in der Pizzeria Fortuna gut gegessen. Sonst ist eine Verpflegung im Haus möglich, da die Küche zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist. Mikrowelle, Backrohr, Geschirrspülmaschine und Nespresso-Maschine vorhanden. Ebenfalls Gewürze, Öl und Tee. Uns hat der ruhige Fischerort gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
