I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Perfect for people who seek calm and friendly environment. If we visit Zadar one more time we would choose to stay with Zlata again.

We had a really nice stay at Brigita's. The place was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Brigita was super friendly, always helpful and provided us with great tips – from a nice boat trip to delicious restaurants in the area. The location of the accommodation right by the sea is unbeatable, and the view from the balcony to the water is really unique – we enjoyed it every day.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

The place was the best we had in Croatia so far: chic, clean, cozy, spacious rooms and good amenities. Dish towels, sponges, dish soap, salt and pepper were all provided. Kitchen cabinets were also clean from the inside. The furniture has style and is not a quantity. The terrace is large and very well separated from the other parties. The large table is also a plus. Chairs and clothes rack are also great. The sea can be seen from the apartment. The nearest swimming spot is around the corner, even closer than expected, and there were hardly any bathers there in September (no pebble beach, but great entry). Parking is directly on the farm. Air conditioning in the living room works great, there is a ceiling fan for the bedroom. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. It is pleasantly secluded from Zadar and yet the city is very quickly accessible. We were sad to leave the apartment and can only recommend you.

A nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the bay where there is natural sand with seaweed, very few people, intimate but enough for children a pool. The only thing missing is the lack of a balcony or terrace. Beach Bar on a sandy beach by the bay. The nearest shop or restaurant is a 15-minute walk away. The host responds quickly to inquiries. WiFi is weak at times, but sufficient for most of the day.

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Andrej is a very nice and friendly host. Gave us tips for the stay and was easy to reach. The house is very nice and very clean. All together a great holiday.

We had a wonderful time in Nin and Marina's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The apartment is rather small overall, but completely ok for 2. Marina always responded quickly to our questions and even the refrigerator was filled with treats when we arrived. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there are many nice restaurants. We definitely recommend the apartment and will certainly come back ourselves 🤗 All the best, Marina!

The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and Petra was very helpful. Zaglav is a lovely town and everyone was very friendly.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
