The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Beautiful late 18th century mansion, with all the charm of the past: it is important to note that we are gradually renovating the house ourselves, a few rooms are still in their original condition. To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prioritize families. The house is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and adjoining rooms).
