This cozy apartment is in a Swabian style. Two people also with a child(2) will find everything necessary for a break in little space (also 3 adults).+1K). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, of course warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out bed couch (160x200) downstairs, there is another bed (100x200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

Not far from the Romantic street, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workspace, a living area with cozy couch (sleeping function), a large Dining table, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

The Sissischloß in Unterwittelsbach, Aichach, an old ducal town, are around the corner. A swimming lake, climbing garden in Schernek, excursions to Legoland are just a few possibilities. The house itself has a spacious garden with a pool and barbecue facilities.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
