Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Pheasant’s Rest, cosy hideaway, dog friendly

Our caravan, disguised as a cosy cabin, nestles to the side of our garden and has been totally restyled. Self check-in and a private entrance makes it easy to social distance, with footpaths and woodland all around there is an abundance of open space. In addition to following the enhance cleaning and sanitisation protocol, we are also keeping a 1 day window before and after each booking. Secluded, dog friendly and situated in walking distance of Bucks Mills beach and the South West Coast Path.

The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

Little Buckland Cottage

Nestled in the Devon countryside, very rural, with narrow lanes. 15 minutes from the delights of RHS Rosemoor and within easy reach of beaches, Dartmoor and a little further along is Exmoor. Fishing on the river Torridge is close by and the Tarka Trail for keen cyclists is within an easy bike ride. The cottage (adjacent to our house) overlooks our fields and woodland. Keen amateur mycologists will be in heaven at this time of year. Our woodland is teeming with fungi! Come and explore!!

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. The perfect property for a quiet escape in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to both Cornish and Devon beaches it really is the best of coast and country. The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.
