Condo vacation rentals in Petaluma

We will keep coming back. It was a beautiful room and so comfortable. We unfortunately parked in the wrong area and didn’t see signage (in the dark) telling us where the unit was. However, the stay itself was wonderful and after having a tumble in the dark on the property, the owner came and checked on us first thing in the morning. To me, that was pretty amazing. Even though we never met, it was like staying with a friend. Thank you so much for making our stay so positive. As we are from the Bay Area and travel to the Napa area often, we will certainly be back and will pass on recommendations to this unit every chance we get. 😊

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

It is a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown SF. Walkable to the wharf, financial district, China Town and more!

Cristina's place was perfect for our small family Thanksgiving! The kitchen was very well-equipped and there was plenty of room for four of us. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area and never once had an issue parking on the street. We have never parked so easily in San Francisco! To top it off, our hikes up the hill were rewarded with stunning views.

Kalvin was a fantastic host. I felt like there was gonna be no problems or issues, and sure enough there wasn't. We loved our one bedroom place and the value was amazing!

What’s a lovely place to get away! Slept amazing and loved everything about this place! Especially the hot tub bath located in the bedroom! Wonderful area to walk around and try some wine and food, and a cute local grocer down the street, you can walk to. I’m definitely coming back.

Cute and clean cottages. Quiet and clean grounds. Front desk staff was kind and inviting. Very close to downtown Napa! Great location!

It’s a lovely place. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We enjoyed the place as its proximity to Castro.

This was a great home base to explore Napa Valley. Very convenient access to the market for coffee each morning, although you don’t need it as the kitchen is very well stocked. Appreciated the sparkling water and snacks as nice touches! We were not bothered by the minimal noise from the upstairs neighbors. It was hardly noticeable and we were working remotely from the space all day. Live music on Friday nights as the resort was fun!

Four of us very much enjoyed our stay at Markus's apartment. The place is ideally located, not far from Mission Dolores Park. In spite of being on a main street, the bedrooms in the back were completely quiet. The apartment has, on the whole, a high-end feel: Thoughtfully, coherently, and stylishly decorated (clean aesthetic with some mid-century modern pieces, uncluttered but not stark); plenty of light, high quality furniture; interesting art. This felt like a home: books on the shelves, well equipped kitchen, stocked with spices, condiments, cooking oil, tea, etc. I could imagine living in this apartment exactly as it is. The host communicated promptly and responsively, accommodated a non-standard check-in time, and generally made himself available. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

We would stay at Ashish's place again anytime. It was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Truly a nice place to come back to, sit, relax, and rest. I'll definitely be back in the future. We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go in the city and the local area is one of the best in the city. I'd rather stay in this apartment than at the Fairmont. It's a great spot!

Hands down the most accommodating host we’ve come across on ABNB. The location of the unit is spectacular in regard to walkability of great restaurants /grocery/bars. Older construction and central location made for a bit of a noisy environment in the morning, which was resolved by ear plugs provided by our host. The unit is not ideal for anyone with disabilities or troubles climbing as you will need to walk up a few flights of stairs. The space comfortably accommodated the 7 adults we went with. Beds were firm (for our liking) but still comfortable. Check in/check out details were very well related and thought out, without being a stifling amount of arbitrary rules. We were truly made to feel as if we were in a home away from home, and not guests in someone’s rented house. We look forward to revisiting and being hosted by Jenny again in the future.

The listing was perfect and exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and Josephine was incredibly responsive.

We stayed at Steffanie’s place in Napa for our 10-year anniversary and really enjoyed our visit. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was being able to take a quick morning walk to the nearby shop for breakfast, which was super convenient. At night, the bar on-site did get a bit loud and crowded, but the outdoor seating area by the mansion offered a much more peaceful vibe to unwind. Steffanie was very responsive and attentive to our questions and needs, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice Napa escape.

Place is in a GREAT location as it is close to Piedmont Street (restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater) yet on a quiet neighborhood street. Very nice experience.

Denise was a life saver after having to cancel our hotel stay very last minute due to in accurate website description. She responded right away and was very attentive. The condo was exactly like pictured and even better. I am very picky and this place was extremely clean. Bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so luxury it made it even better!! Location was amazing and the view of the golf course from the back patio was peaceful! Location is perfect as well as it was so close to all the winery’s. We will for sure be staying here again when we make another Napa trip!! Thanks Denise for everything!!!

Excellent location for access to The Silverado!

Had a great weekend stay here with our small dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Highlights: -Quiet location but also provided easy access to wherever we wanted to go to over the weekend -Clean, organized, and well taken care of. You can tell Craig cares about keeping the place clean and maintained to provide the best experience possible. -Craig was a great host. Very friendly, very responsive, and also provided an informative guide in the space itself that answered all our questions. -Modern, quality, comfortable furnishings. Made us feel right at home. We loved our stay and will definitely be happy to visit again in the future.

The property overall was nice. The studio is part of a larger resort timeshare so the grounds are nice and well maintained. The studio is efficient, not a large unit, but has a bed, couch, table for two and a washer/dryer. It is a great spot for two people. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful resort, many complexes in one though, maybe? We still aren’t sure, but everyone was helpful and kind! We were able to skip timeshare brief by flatly stating disinterest, but they certainly tease free gifts. Not sure what we missed out on. Pool and hiking trail were very nice! Only caution with shuttle, which ended for the season (maybe? They seemed unclear about the schedule) a day after we arrived, but we only went into downtown Napa for a night anyway. Caution also that it can apparently get crowded on weekend, especially last return trip of night and is first come, first serve, so maybe have a backup plan. Lodging was very nice and complex overall quite nice and worth value due to location

Amazing location and great host. Appreciated the quick response to any questions we had. Super peaceful and a great place to unwind after a day at the vineyards.

I would highly recommend booking this place if you are looking to experience Napa or just enjoy a break from the City. It is a prefect base for anyone who wants to golf, cycle, hike or explore the nearby wineries. Conveniently located near the pool and just a quick walk from the main house and bakery at the Silverado resort.
