Completely refurbished apartment with new furnishings. The accommodation is strategically located a short distance from the city center which can also be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.

Emma's apartment is a space of great energy, in every detail you can feel Emma's great attention to her guests and to the most authentic human contact. Upon our arrival we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, water and fresh tea awaited us in the fridge as well as fruit biscuits and coffee for breakfast the next day. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and is located along the Via Flavia, a place for walkers looking for refreshment. The silence and tranquility of waking up in the morning is priceless, as are the meaningful chats with Emma, a rare host who really wants to connect with the people she hosts, always with discretion, respect, and great empathy. I hope that the roads of life will bring us back to this path full of light and serenity. Thanks Emma!

Daniela is a charming, welcoming and very responsive host who did everything to facilitate our stay. The apartment is very beautiful and very pleasant. It is also extremely quiet (the bedroom and living room overlook a garden). Great place that I would highly recommend!

We highly recommend Lucas‘s place. The apartment was in a central, but quiet, location. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. The apartment appears to be recently renovated. Everything was in very good condition. There are two air-conditioning units in the apartment. One unit is in the hallway outside the bedrooms - if you keep the bedroom doors open the bedrooms cool very well. Supermarket and interesting places to have a drink or food are right around the corner. Luca always responded quickly to our messages.
