Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Peschiera Borromeo

We only stayed for one night, but the location is breathtaking! The home itself has everything you need, and it's pretty cozy. Davide and Kerry were responsive and assistive whenever needed. We hoped to stay more to fully enjoy Como and this beautiful place. Probably for another time!

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Francesca’s for a few days and it was magical. We felt we had our own little villa, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden where we could enjoy a morning coffee or evening spritz. The home is full of charm and beauty and was the perfect backdrop to our northern Italy adventure. It was spacious, had a lot of areas where we could lounge around as a group or individually to read, play some records, relax. It had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. There was a lovely Jacuzzi and a shower with great water pressure. The two bedrooms had lots of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Franscesca was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. If you stay here, you will want to rent a bike because it is a bit of a walk into town, but the area is beautiful and private and along a lovely canal so it’s worth it. There is a tenant that lives on the property but they are very quiet and no bother.

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Nausica was an excellent hostess! Her place was in a nice location and was spotless. I emailed her different times and she responded quickly. She even recommended great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks Nausica!

Emanuele is a great host that communicates promptly and clearly. the penthouse has, as advertised, the greatest views of lake Como. We spent 3 out of the 4 evenings of our stay, at the veranda, with food and a bottle of wine, completely absorbed by the views. the drive from Como to Brunate and back is through (at times) a narrow road but even SUVs and the public bus service manage to go up and down. parking is easy as the house lies at a secluded cul de sac with amazing views over the lake. all in all we had a great stay and we lived the place. Fabulous location! This is a great spot in Brera to access all the restaurants and shopping. It’s a nice place to rest between walking around all day. Very nice, large bathroom, too. We found it to be quite spacious as well! Thank you!

Lived in Milan a few different times and this is a great place and great location. Well decorated, spacious, and in a clean safe area. Great, if you’re looking for a more vibey place in a big city where there’s a lot of modern airbnbs. The plants all over the place and patio really give you some calmness in a busy city! Location is perfect too if you’re just visiting Milan for a little bit. Everything is within walking distance. Would recommend! Thanks!

We loved our stay in Laura’s apartment. It is in Brera — a lovely neighborhood in Milan that is walkable to everything and also filled with shopping , restaurants and museums. The terrace was a nice bonus for morning coffee or afternoon wine.

Maria was a lovely host and her place was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay, it was the tranquil escape we were looking for. Loved walking through the rice fields and visiting the countryside. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

A house surrounded by greenery, quiet, warm and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. it doesn't even feel like you're in Milan. very close to the IEO, in my case an excellent solution for convalescence. Luca always responded quickly to every message I sent. When I return to Milan for the checks, I really hope to find the apartment available.

Nice place! Close to Milano Centrale station for easy travel. Metro is there so easy access to anywhere in the city. Antonio communicated well so everything was seamless.

The apartment was a perfect base for our 3 night trip to Milan. Fulvio was very attentive, friendly and professional host. Great local recommendations. Cinzia is a very good-natured and very kind host. She lives downstairs. Her house has two balconies, full of flowers. The house has a lot of books. It is a home full of flowers and books. One night when we were in Milan, she prepared us endless food, yogurt, sparkling water, still water, juice, milk, and a basket of fruit and red, white, and pink wine, which made us feel spoiled, and we didn't have to go to the supermarket to shop, thank you so much.

Huge nice and clean apartment in a nice area, nice restaurant found and had quickly an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear could safely park the car and we got very good tips on nice eateries nearby, huge thanks for the hospitality and we will definitely be back.

I felt comfortable as if I were in my own home. It was incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable, I loved it. It was very tidy and beautiful. Everything was great. I now have a house in Milan. Thank you for everything 👍🙏🥂

Very nice modern Apartment. The spacious kitchen, the two bathrooms are high quality.Beautiful parquet floor. The sofa is very comfortable. Great view. Great Location. Train Station and Como center are in walking distance. The self check-in worked well. And Claudio was available on the other end of the phone if we needed to communicate. We struggled a bit with noise in the night to begin with, coming from a very quiet place in the countryside. Then we realised we could close the sound-proof windows and put the aircon on.

We loved staying at Paola’s while in Milan! It was close to public transportation which was important to us. There were several great spots around the apartment as well. Paola’s outdoor space is wonderful and we loved having a glass of wine there at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My three friends and I stayed for one night in this accommodation and we had a great time. The house was clean, cozy and well maintained, perfect for a short stay. The host was very helpful and kind, ready to respond to our requests. The only slightly negative aspect was the price, slightly high for just one night, but overall the experience was positive. Recommended!

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
