Monthly Rentals in Perry County

We loved staying here with our two kids. The kids loved the chickens and all the outdoor space to play. We live in the city so getting away and having a place like this to get together with our families was just what we needed. Everything was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Needed a quiet weekend away to get some work done and this place was completely, 100% perfect. It's quiet and secluded, yet close to town in case you need to grab some dinner or stuff at stores like Wal-Mart, etc. There's a great sushi place right down the road. I booked the morning of my stay but when I got there everything was all set up and ready to go; was able to meet the friendly host right when I arrived, and I was provided all the information I needed for a great stay. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. Also saw a bunch of deer one night! Thank you!

We have stayed at the Urban Lofts a number of times and the accommodations have always been amazing. Carisa is a wonderful host. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit family in Perryville.

Our flight was delayed for 6 hours, Amy offered to pick up groceries for me at the local Walmart! It was very helpful as we were exhausted, she is a very responsive host! The home was very beautiful and relaxing, I definitely will stay there again as I went there to help my elderly parents and it was very close to them.
