Vacation rentals with a kayak in Perquimans County

The house and property are even more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures show. The views are fantastic. The house is very large and open. Master bed and bath are gorgeous. We took out the kayaks and canoe for an amazing excursion on the river. I hope we have an excuse to visit again. Everything was clean and welcoming. It feels 1000 miles away from civilization, but walmart, food lion, KFC etc are short 20 min drive away.

Loved Dana’s and Matt’s place Surrounded by Beautiful views House was clean free from clutter Loved the idea of a wood burning fire in the fire pit beside the water 💜 Was able to do some fishing didn’t catch any but it was relaxing anyways 😊 Was able to meet Dana in person which was a real treat . Very friendly She made us feel right at home . Would love to return in the future .

Wished we could have stayed longer! So relaxing and quiet not to mention the view! Beds are amazingly comfortable and great sheets ! Will definitely come back!

Stayed during a duck hunt and worked out perfect. Everything with the house was as listed. Check in was easy and instructions were clear.

We had a relaxing stay in a peaceful, country setting. The home has a cozy, private feel, and we really enjoyed the beautiful weather and quiet time by the water. Fishing was a fun bonus, and the views made for a really calming backdrop. The house had what we needed for a comfortable week stay, and the host was kind and responsive in communications. It’s definitely a place for unplugging and slowing down, and we appreciated the chance to recharge in a quieter corner of the state.

We are regulars to the Carova Beach area and try to stay in different homes each time. This place was one of the best in my opinion. Although not as physically 'big" as some of the others, the layout would make you think otherwise. Very spacious, very well decorated, and incredibly responsive and helpful communications. Highly recommended!!!

Such a great Airbnb, the best we've stayed in so far! We loved having access to the firepit, kayaks and bikes. The house was so clean when we walked in. There was soap in the bathroom and plenty of towels and houseware in the kitchen. It was so comfortable. Evan was so responsive any time I had a question and checked in on us often. Will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to any family.

Where to begin? Amanda & Matt were exceptional hosts! Their little slice of heaven was quaint and private with great water views. It’s tucked away on the inner banks and was the perfect quick getaway for our family. Their space is clean and comfortable equipped with everything that we needed for our trip. They even set up a pack n play and bouncer for our baby. Their space even has some toys and books for kids to enjoy! They also had fresh eggs for us to enjoy and were super accommodating with our check in and check out. Amanda and Matt were quick to respond with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality during our stay and are sure to be back!! Thank you so much, Amanda and Matt!

Easy Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Alex has made sure that even the smallest detail has been taken to make your stay exactly what you are looking for. This is our 2nd visit and while we were there, we booked our next vacation for a week in October! It's perfect if you want peace, quiet, fishing, kayaking, and many other water sports. Great place for us to stay to visit family.

My family enjoyed our stay at 70 Newlands Rd. We were celebrating my mom's 81st birthday and she was more than pleased. She raved about the recliners. I think that was the highlight of her trip. We are now on the hunt for a similar sectional. Charles I feel did the best that he could with his cleaning staff out of town. There was more than ample cleaning supplies and a washer in dryer that made up for the initial condition of the home. There were a few hiccups, but with some cleaning we couldn't have had a better time. The tranquility is worth the stay. Do yourself a favor and give this home a try. If you enjoy peaceful surroundings and plenty of space for the kids to run around this is it. Charles was a very considerate and attentive host. Thank you so much, my Mother is already planning another trip to visit.

Van-Dee's place was perfect for my husband and I to have a few days to relax. It was peaceful and beautiful. We loved sitting outside for hours and watching the stunning sunsets over the river. A short 20 minute drive into the historic town of Edenton was fun to explore with cute coffee shops and restaurants. Hope to stay again one day.
