On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Apartment is on the 2nd floor with a big terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea and the island of Brijuni, which will take your breath away. The apartment has a beautiful backyard and a fireplace perfect for grilling and chilling. On the property guests can taste homemade olive oil and fresh vegetables grown by the owner.
