I had a truly wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, full of charming antique details and decorated with great taste — every corner had something lovely to look at. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. You can feel how much care and love have gone into this home. I felt completely at ease during my stay, and I would come back again. Thank you for everything!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again. It is a peaceful haven in a beautiful and quiet place. You feel at home there very quickly. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, by public transport or with your own vehicle. Lots of opportunities for walks, tours and hikes are easily accessible. Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

Niccolo is great. Allowed us an early check-in as our flight came in early. Apartment is nice and the pool is nice to escape the heat in summer. Good location too. Would definitely recommend as an option near Malpensa airport

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Luca responded super quickly and was very friendly - the view from the 11th floor is really fantastic in the evening - the location was also very good - even found a place in front of the house for our camper (Ducato). I think we found the best solution for our spontaneous Milan trip. Thank you Luca.

We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

The accommodation and parklands are beautiful and peaceful with only the sound of birdsong. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and had everything we needed whilst attending a family wedding close by. My little granddaughter said she felt like a princess staying here. Our host was always very prompt to reply. I would love to return in summer when the pool is open.

We only stayed for one night with our dog but it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very beautiful appartment and garden with swimming pool. Friendly hosts with really nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for the IDays in Milan and I really enjoyed it. From the first messages, Gianmario proved to be an impeccable host in terms of availability and professionalism. The apartment is about 35 minutes from the Rho Fiera metro stop (time considered based on my "regular" pace). Arriving at the property, the welcome was precise and detailed, both in the explanation of the services in the area (pharmacy, minimarket, pizzeria, tobacconist, bus stop, metro stop, supermarket) and the apartment itself. I had no difficulty nor felt uncomfortable because everything was thought out in detail, the house is very functional. The "welcome kit" was very appreciated, especially the fresh water in the fridge! It's those little touches that don't go unnoticed and it's only right to be grateful. Thanks Gianmario, I highly recommend your apartment. Great job!

We spent 4 days in Edoardo’s apartment . It is very comfortable and good connected with the public transport. It has everything you need for a couple of days in Milan. There is a supermarket and a non stop store in a small distance. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and you can easily go to metro station. Thank you, Edoardo!

This apartment is a gem in Milano. You are in Milano but it is in a tranquil setting. Minimal noise except for birds and church bells. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable. An easy train ride to the centre of the city and all the attractions. There is a big supermarket close by and a few restaurants. Tancredi met us on arrival and all communication was prompt and helpful. If you want to experience the real Milano away from the designer shops and crowds, this is the place for you! We absolutely loved staying in this apartment!

The flat was gorgeous and very comfortable. We figured out the transport into the centre of Milan quickly, and found it to be fairly easy (729 bus to the M3 metro line). Everything was very clean and as shown in the photos provided.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment matches the photos and description. Very functional and well located, it is not far from the train station to get to Milan. Rho is a charming little town with restaurants and shops. We'll be back for sure
