Vacation rentals with a patio in Perledo

هذه المرة الثانية التي نسكن بها في هذه الشقة الرائعة هي تحفة بمعنى الكلمة وتقع في الجوهرة المخفية لبحيرة كومو في قرية ريوزنونكو مطابقة فعلا للصور القرية التاريخية هادئة جدا ولا تسمع ضجيج السيارات لأنها تعبر من النفق أما الإطلالة فهي الأروع على الإطلاق نستمتع يوميا بالجلوس على النافذة وتناول الافطار أو شرب القهوة يوجد شاطيء صغير في الأسفل كما يوجد شاطئ رائع مخفي في الجوار وهناك بقالة صغيرة في الأعلى بها كل الاحتياجات الأساسية وستجد بعض أجبان المنطقة أليساندرو كان رائعا ومتفهما وسريع الاستجابة وقدم لنا نصائح مفيدة سنعود دوما بالتأكيد حيث الجمال والاسترخاء والهدوء شكرا أليساندرو

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

We had an amazing experience staying at Jenny’s place from the moment we walked in until the time we left. She was welcoming leaving us a bottle of Proseco and snacks. Thanks Jenny! Her place is exactly as seen and stated and we found it to be very comfortable. Jenny communicated with us, all things that were necessary to make our Como stay as easy as possible, even arranging our transfer at the early hours in the morning. My family and I really appreciated her efforts . Thanks again.

We loved staying at Alma Lake! It was quiet, clean and peaceful. The view was remarkably stunning and the porch-patio area was so nice to hang out on after a long day on lake Como. The apartment is very modern and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a huge plus. Be aware the walk from town to the apartment is uphill and steep. Overall we thought Elisabetta was kind, helpful and a gracious host.

Loved, loved, loved our stay at Luca’s place! Plenty of space for us and 4 yr old, who slept on the comfortable sofa bed. The view is amazing and the air is knockout - best sleep I’ve had in a while! We had a Fiat 600, which fit easily on the rustic streets and the parking spot. Luca responded promptly to our various questions and was very accommodating with toddler - bedding requests, ferry rides and check out logistics. Would love to come back and highly recommend this beautiful location!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf dem wunderschönen Hof von Daniela und ihrer Familie. Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben die besondere Umgebung genossen. Der Hof wird liebevoll von der Familie bewirtschaftet. Unser kleiner Sohn hat die beiden Hunde geliebt und mit Begeisterung die Blaubeeren auf dem Feld gepflückt. Es war rundum perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Ce logement est très agréable avec sa magnifique vue sur le lac. La terrasse est un plus malgré quelques voitures qui passent au-dessus. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description.

An absolute dream! What a spectacular view, what a beautiful stone house and what great hosts. We loved everything about our stay - the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It’s a great location to explore Lago di Como and with Maria’s great tips, we were able to make the most of it. The house has great amenities and we felt perfectly comfortable in it - also in the kitchen, in which we prepared dinners to then eat with a view. We already plan to come back some time. Tolles Apartment oberhalb von Menaggio. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Comer See und die Berge ist traumhaft. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Georgia Louise hat sofort auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da wir nicht die ganze Zeit schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir uns gut dort aufhalten und hatten immer auch den Blick auf den See. Chiara ist eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Gastgeberin. Als wir während unseres Urlaubs ein kleines technisches Problem im Appartement hatten, hat sie sich schnell und lösungsorientiert darum gekümmert. Wir kommen also gerne wieder.

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.
