The apartment is easy to find , it is very clean and the check-in is simple. Everything was perfect. Impeccable kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the tranquility and the opportunity to take a bus on the corner. A butcher shop and a small grocery store are within walking distance. The host responds quickly. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Franco met us in the town center and we followed his car on a 8 minute drive down a narrow side street to the apartment. We conversed using Google Translate and he showed us everything around the house. He is a gem of a person and very helpful. He sent us a lot of useful information about events around the town for Easter. The apartment is small, cozy and rustic with the basics. The porch in front of the main door offers a great view of the countryside, partially hidden by the house in front. The Medieval tower of Castiglione Florentine is pretty with excellent views. You need a car to explore the surrounding area. We loved Assisi, Montepulciano, Sienna - so many beautiful towns. P.S. The wi-fi is flaky and not sufficient for working remotely on zoom/teams conferences.

My husband and I were in Italy for our honeymoon! We felt like Chris's studio gave us an authentic Italian experience vs staying in a hotel. Castiglion Fiorentino is a lovely little town with a ton of history and beautiful views. The studio is in a quiet location and we enjoyed the peace and rest that it provided.
