we found a really very clean and well-kept apartment, equipped with every comfort: like being at home. Cool and quiet. The location is great, close to the center of Levico and with a walk near the lake. Mario was an attentive guest and helped me manage a small unforeseen event, with extreme kindness.

An awesome place with amazing hosts, we felt right at home - you couldn't ask for more. I really loved the terrace!

An excellent retreat for the weary traveler, and companions, and the dog. If I could give 10 stars I would. So the accommodations were fantastic, then you wake up, have stroll along the road and BAM the breath taking scenery. A perfect location for a super relaxed holiday.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. very friendly welcome by Mariastella and her husband, because we do not know a word of Italian they made an effort to communicate with us with the translator. the house is comfortable and clean, everything present. a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture. the house is close to the lake and several restaurants. a thumbs up.

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are of very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature," because the lake is right at your doorstep and you can immediately reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily within walking distance (only a short distance is on the street). Hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

Very beautiful place. Albano and his wife greeted us when we arrived and both were very lovely and sweet. It felt very homely. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The surroundings are calm and soothing. Definitely recommended!

We had a great time in this well-kept apartment, which is well-equipped with all the amenities in the historic center of Levico. All services are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and typical shops. Marco, the host, is extremely kind: he responds promptly and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and check out later. Ideal! The only drawback is the stairs to access, typical of old historic buildings: to be evaluated in case of strollers or people with poor mobility. For the rest, the apartment is equipped with everything and really nice.

Our stay was simply unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Giordano and accompanied to our idyllically located cottage. The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail – cozy, clean and with a view that takes your breath away. The tranquility and nature all around make this place a real oasis. We would like to emphasize the hospitality: Giordano was always attentive, regularly inquired whether we needed anything, and even greeted us with a homemade cake – that's how you feel welcome! For those who want to escape everyday life and recharge their batteries in the midst of nature, this place is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our little Boy was so happy to be surrounded by all of the animals. He was particularly excited by the goat and the beautiful dogs. The property is so picturesque we chose to stay spend the whole day there one of the days of our trip. We wandered down to the little river near the property and enjoyed the waters there. We would highly recommend to couples or small families. Giuliana, our host was increasingly helpful and responsive. We very much hope to return in the future. Our little boy was so very sad to leave.

The accommodation can be reached along narrow beautiful little streets. There was a sheltered and spacious place for the car. The apartment was super clean and spacious, located in a quiet area. A relaxing bird song was heard outside. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need for cooking. The bed had a good mattress and pillows, it gave you relaxing dreams after walking. Everything worked in the apartment. We would have missed a laundry drying rack. Beaterise and her spouse were very kind and helpful when we met. We can recommend! Timo and Raija

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

It was really a dream cottage for our honeymoon with beautiful views over the lake. Outside, 2 nice sunbeds and a table with 4 chairs. We will definitely come back.
