SEASIDE BEACH & RACQUET CLUB 7th Floor Beachfront. Sleeps 6. Weekly and monthly discounts are already built into the calendar and will be reflected once you enter your dates. 2 Twin Beds + 1 King Bed + 1 Queen-Size Pull-Out Couch. All summer reservations must be from Saturday to Saturday. Must be 25 unless otherwise approved. $50 parking pass is a one-time charge per vehicle due at the guardhouse upon arrival. 2 vehicle max, paid by card (no cash). Pass lasts the duration of your stay.

We have three sets of golf clubs available. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking/biking distance. Deep discount available for January and February!

Beach access is just a 1/10th of a mile walk away and features a panoramic view of the gulf from the sitting area. Back at your vacation home you'll find the nicely decorated 1000 sq. feet comfortable for up to 6 guests. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked for all your meal prep. In consideration of all our guests, our condo is a pet-free and smoke-free unit.
