Beachfront vacation rentals in Perdido Key, Orange Beach

Beachville was wonderful! The location was peaceful and so close to the beach. The place had everything we could need for our stay which included going to the beach, pool, cooking, peaceful reading sessions on the big porch, and watch movies at night with my hubby 😊. Anais was a great host she gave us really useful tips and recommendations during our stay and made check-in and out super simple and easy. Thanks so much for hosting us! ❤️

We spent the most amazing week in this condo! My husband, myself, and our two kids absolutely loved this condo and will be booking again very soon! It’s on the first floor and you have your own entrance off the balcony to access the pool and the beach. It was so nice to be able to just step off the balcony and get in the hot tub! Beautiful beach and beautiful condo!

Comfortable spot right by Johnson Beach... We had a great stay! You can see the lagoon and the gulf of mexico from the balcony. Place is not right on the beach but it is a quick walk (3-5 minutes) , not crossing any roads or anything. I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Tara and Aaron’s beautiful place. Everything was so well appointed from enough hooks in the shower to a master closet with shelves for all of our stuff. We appreciated all the things that made the stay homey, like the pitcher for our sweet tea, crockpot, basic spices etc. A trash bag, small dish soap, a couple basic travel toiletries, one dish pod and one laundry pod are provided so plan accordingly if you think you need more. Publix and Walmart are in driving distance. The space was clean, and the Tidewater resort itself felt really safe with an onsite security officer. We would be so happy to stay here again, it was everything we hoped for and more! Thanks Tara and Aaron!

Condo is quite large and very comfortables. Lot's of space. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensil, glasses and plates you need, stove and oven worked great. Lots of towels. Huge dining table fits everybody at dinner. Great balcony with a big table and many chairs. A closet packed with beach toys for the kids. impressive ocean view from 10th floor balcony and there are two of them giving you a 180 deg. view of Orange Beach. Multi level parking lot structure attached to complex with carts for your luggage and automatic door opening by push of a button. 4 elevator to get you to your floor fast. Front desk personnel very professional and checked in fast, gave us wristbands and registered our cars with a payable pass that you can use to go in and out your entire stay. Complex is very safe. Clean beach. Communication with owner was a 10+. We all loved the condo vacation! Very pleased, highly recommended. Thank you to Cannon and Kim for making this such a great experience!

The space we rented from Sands of Alabama was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures matched the location. The amenities were exactly as described. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided us all the information we needed and always before we had to ask. The check in and out process was simple and very clear, no big asks. The balcony view was fantastic and the walk to the beach was short. The elevator access for our specific room was a short walk away and there was beach access from the lobby. Overall, great place and we would gladly come back.

The place was exactly what our family was looking for, it had the perfect location, on the beach with all the amenities we wanted. Condo had all the features we needed plus some. This was our first vacation to the beach as a family with our toddler and staying in such a nice condo, that was right on the beach, that was so relaxing and accommodating…was just what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more and we can’t wait to go back.

Incredible place with stunning views. Extremely clean and tidy. I was comfortable from the moment I entered the condo. Kathleen and Mike we’re great at communicating pre-arrival and day of arrival. I HIGHLY recommend this unit.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay! We had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful condo !The home itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, and the communication with the owners was top-notch from beginning to end. A couple of helpful notes for future guests: the condo is 3 levels, with the main living area on the 2nd floor & bedrooms on the 3rd, so there are stairs involved. This layout is common for homes near the ocean, but it’s something to be aware of if mobility is a concern. The condo is located across the street from the beach, which actually gave us the best of both worlds. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and great value while still having easy beach access thanks to the complimentary shuttle. The beach is also walkable, about 10-15 minutes if you have lots of gear and kids and there is a crosswalk to help you safely cross the main road. Bring a little cash to tip the shuttle drivers, as they really are great!

Kristina was a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed how close the room was to the beach and pool. Everything was clean and we would stay again.

House was clean & inviting, views were stunning, location was amazing for a family getaway, local bar & grill had great food with fair prices. The hosts were responsive & checked in on us after check in to see if we needed anything. Our family will definitely be back to visit!

We had a small party of women for this trip. Forrest’s condo is the extra aspect of our trip that made the vacation wonderful! We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community, especially in the condo. It was nice that the condo offers luggage carts to take luggage up/down the elevators. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors or those still on the beach at night while I was trying to sleep. The furnishings are great quality. The access to the beach was easy. We were grateful for the chairs Forrest provided on top of the 2 offered on the beach. Nearby shops and restaurants were close enough that we walked to several. Forrest was quick to respond (mostly needed for helping me figure out how to work things like the dehumidifier lol) anytime I contacted him and always so polite. The beach was constantly full of families and couples. The atmosphere on the beach also felt safe enough that I stayed there alone a few times. Excellent time!!

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Unit was furnished well for a larger group and so spacious. We were able to enjoy cooking in the kitchen a couple of nights, because they really thought of everything you may need. When they said it’s fully loaded, they meant it! The counter-top ice maker was a huge plus to help fill our coolers. Gorgeous views from the balcony to drink coffee in the morning and watch the beautiful sunset in the evenings. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrellas everyday, a great space and $$$ saver! Even on a rained out day, we played games inside and never felt cooped up. Hosts were very responsive and even let us check in early! My MIL already wants to rebook for 2026! Thank you for a wonderful and stress-free vacation! We will be back!

Condo was perfect for our family’s needs. Condo was stocked with all the little things you need but may forget to bring. Walkway to the beach was easy to maneuver and Trent was responsive to my requests.

Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. So much provided you only needed food. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

This place is absolutely amazing! This is my second time staying here and can’t wait until my next time. The house is so well stocked, clean and comfortable and the bed is also very comfortable. The location on the beach is hard to beat and the beach itself is very nice and not overly crowded. Amy is an amazing host and very responsive. I cannot recommend this house enough!

Perfect Fairhope Staycation! We are Fairhope locals, but wanted to stay on the bay for a fun getaway. This cottage is just as described: clean, comfortable, and right on the water. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill, and having drinks with friends on the covered pier. The house was well-equipped with the bedding and linens being especially comfortable. The house’s location was very quiet, allowing for a few restful evenings. Perfect place for a couple or four adults to enjoy the best of Mobile Bay. Just be aware that you are 15-20 minutes from downtown— what we were looking for, but may not be for everyone!

Great place to stay very close to the beach. There is everything you’d need and more at this rental. We loved that the beach access didn’t have the crowds that the large towers have—we had our space.

We’ve stayed at this house 3 times and we absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Our kids love the community pool and walking a short distance to the private community beach and public beach access. We can’t wait to come back to Navarre and stay here again!

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.
