We stayed five nights at Ivana's place and we loved it! Both of us work remotely, so the close proximity to the ski lift and ski rental was very convenient. We really appreciated having access to the spa and a cozy pub serving delicious local food, with exceptionally friendly staff. Although the area around is still being built, the apartment and spa exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. The spa is spacious, with large pool and breathtaking views of the snow-covered forest. We couldn’t get enough of the stunning views of the snowy forest, both from our apartment and the spa pool. Additionally, Jovan was our point of contact and he was extremely professional and responsive and has made sure we had everything we needed. Highly suggested this place, and we´ll definitely be back.

La personne qui nous a accueilli était chaleureuse et serviable. Notre chien golden retriever a été accueilli aussi chaleureusement que nous. L’appartement est rangé parfaitement, propreté impeccable, moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres, on s’y sent bien. On n’a pas eu besoin de mettre l’air conditionné, l’air frais entrant des fenêtres nous a bien rafraîchi. Le jardin est un havre de paix, minutieusement arrangé. Nous voulions un plat végétarien: Milan a appelé pour nous les restaurants du village pour demander s’ils peuvent nous en préparer un. Comme cela n’était pas possible, Milan s’est occupé de faire quelques courses et nous préparer un repas. On a eu un vrai festin: salade typique (shopska) des légumes de leur potager (la meilleure de toutes mes vacances dans les Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, œufs durs, pain délicieux, et autres.. le déjeuner au matin était aussi bon que le repas du soir (fait maison également) avec des plats de la région. Nous allons certainement revenir.

Smestaj je imao sve navedeno, zgrada ima lift, lokacija je odlicna. Domacin nam je izasao u sustret sto se tice dolaska i odlaska. Jedina mana je sto je bojler mali i brzo se potrosi sva topla voda.

The apartment itself is very cute and it's located just 15' from the central ski center spot. In general, we really liked the place and it's worth staying. There were only a couple of inconveniences. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment was not cleaned properly. After communicating this with Bojan, a person came to clean the next day. Nevertheless, reading the rest of the comments, I believe that this not the norm and we were the "lucky" ones. Also the bed mattresses were very thin and not very comfortable so we stacked two mattresses on each bed which made the situation better.

Вид на горы с балкона завораживает! Квартира современная,свежая и уютная одновременно! Не хочется уезжать! Большое спасибо!

A townhouse on the slope of the mountain. Private, peaceful, 10-15 min to the Kopaonik skiing center by car. Small kitchen has everything essential to cook a breakfast or a dinner. Very good stove. Firewood is provided. House is warm, heater in every room.

The apartments are fully mobilized, all equipment and utensils, a restaurant on the ground floor, many shops and restaurants nearby, many ski rentals. 20 meters to the ski lift, excellent location and your own ski locker on the 1st floor, just super! Very responsive hostess, thanks for the recommendations for local shops and rentals. Very good apartments with their own kitchen, two bathrooms.
