Monthly Rentals in Pentwater

Our stay was perfect! It was exactly as described. The house was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and extremely clean. The setting was beautiful, nice green grass, large fire pit area (wood included) and overall property in great condition. It was the perfect place for our girl’s weekend! The hosts were responded in a timely manner and were extremely helpful. Overall great experience!

Very cool place right on the lake.

The Little Green Cottage is so adorable. Cozy, peaceful and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, and we loved the quiet little stream running behind the cabin. It had everything we needed, the host was responsive and provided great recommendations. We appreciated being able to walk to the state park and local shops & restaurants. Would love to stay here again when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the screened in porch.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The other guests encouraged me to give 5 stars. lol We did very little cooking at the cottage, however, the kitchen did seem well-supplied and very functional. The bedrooms were a tight fit. In two rooms the bed was against the wall on one side. It was worth it though to have queen-sized beds. I expected that with sharing a barlthroom we might be woken at night when folks moved around in the wee hours. I was wrong. There's not a squeak or creak to be heard. The setting was absolutely lovely. Because we were there in the off season it was especially quiet and peaceful. The firepit was enjoyed by all. Pentwater was a very cute town and we stayed busy there for 2 days visiting the local shops and restaurants. The walking path following the river to the lake was fantastic. That's where we started on the sculpture walk. Michael's communication was excellent. He even let us know that there was a chance to see the Northern Lights when we visited.
