Monthly Rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

We had a peaceful, relaxing time! The condo is in walking distance to the beach. There is a beautiful view of the sound side. Working with Sheryl was a breeze! The condo was very clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

Nicole is an amazing host and this was one of the best Airbnbs for money I have ever stayed in. Had a quiet and secluded Airbnb on her property. Private path. And our favorite feature for the Airbnb was the kitchen and washer/dryer combo. My wife and I made use of the washer and dryer combo with all the laundry that comes with the beaches. The washer was pretty noisy though, cleaned well, but I suggest starting it when you don’t mind the noise. The Gas stove was really nice to cook all the fresh mahi mahi fish and the small room made the clearing of fish smell easy. The home stayed very cool at all times. This would be a great budget minded Airbnb for a quiet couples retreat.

My daughter and I stayed for four nights and early summer… It was right across the street from the beach! Could not have been more convenient and they had a lot of of necessary accessories for the beach – umbrellas, beach, chairs, and even a beach cart. The room size was perfect for just the two of us and it even had a little patio out back. Cute and cozy decor. We loved it and would definitely go back!
