Monthly Rentals in Penponds

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s place. The place was perfectly located, very close to the station. The room had all amenities listed, super helpful to plan our day. The host was welcoming, and communicative. The checkin was also super smooth, would definitely recommend the place.

What a fantastic holiday we had staying in the beautifully renovated school house. Gila and Martin were the best hosts and welcomed us personally on arrival and even provided bacon and eggs for breakfast! The property was absolutely perfect for us both and our two dogs who were also made to feel right at home. The location was stunning with easy access to so many great places to visit including the local pub. Our hosts' local knowledge proved very useful for the best routes and destinations that we otherwise would have missed. We can't recommend the property, hosts and area enough and we're already planning to go back as soon as we can!

We felt at home very clean, Beds were very comfortable, linen spotless. Everything in the kitchen you needed. Bathroom was very clean and a good shower. The lounge was very cosy and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to sit in the garden, for a morning coffee etc. And to watch some television before bed. A great base to explore Cornwall for day trips. We had a great stay in knocker cottage , thank you for having us.

Amanda's home was the perfect stay for us and our two dogs. The whole place spotlessly clean but with a homely feel. The welcome gifts were a really lovely touch, I love having flowers in my home so was great to have some on arrival. All of the cleaning products and toiletries were of a high quality and the kitchen was well equipt.
