Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Are you looking for a quiet, relaxing and peaceful place to stay? Look no further, this little cabin is all that and more! These pictures do not do the cabin justice, we have heard this from so many guests that have stayed at our cabin! You will not be disappointed with your stay at our cabin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A front and back porch with beautiful views to drink a cup of coffee, read a book or relax! The Hideaway on Mitchellii Lane

A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. High speed internet & YouTubeTV provide entertainment options.

The Box for Guests Over 21

All guests must be 21 or older. Affectionately known as "The Box", this is a romantic getaway for water lovers, wine and beer tasters, and peace seekers. Enjoy excellent fishing, kayaking, swimming, and amazing sunsets. 5G Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pandora, and 2 TVs. Due to insurance and AirBnB policies, all guests must be listed on the reservation - even if they're just visiting and not staying overnight. We can't host dogs; please don't ask us to make an exception - we can't.

Come for a relaxing getaway in the country. Cook in our small kitchenette or use our Blackstone or fire pit. Located in a small hobby farm setting with sheep roaming the pasture. We also have a couple cats that claim the pool area as their own. The long driveway and gravel road are perfect for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the great outdoors. Take a swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub and let the worries of life melt away during your stay.

Our 3 bedroom 2 story House located on M-60 hwy in Jones Michigan next door to Satori Salon & Spa. We have a large parking area with a horse shoe drive from M60 to main st. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
