Hotel vacation rentals in Peniche

Claire, Duncan are wonderful hosts, very careful and sociable. No wonder that they always attract nice people to their camp :) The best place to stay for doing a group surfing. Especially if you're a beginner and need the lessons. A moderate size of the group allows to pay enough attention to each person, contrary to those huge surf camps that Peniche is full of.

This is the third time we have stayed with João and Ana. It is always pleasant and we feel right at home. They are excellent hosts and work to make the stay remarkable. Breakfast is always wonderful and the opportunity to meet other guests in a welcoming environment is always appreciated. Great stay.

Nos ha encantado la estancia en surfspirit, el trato es increíble, muy simpáticos y alegres. La ubicación es increíble, a dos minutos andando de la Playa de baleal y metido entre las calles de baleal que son preciosas y con mucho encanto. Cómodo para quien quiera practicar surf ya que allí mismo puedes alquilar tabla y neopreno.

The apartment was well furnished, clean and uncluttered. A well equipped kitchen to make meals and daily coffee or a kettle for tea. A very pleasant walk from the beach and the center of São Martinho do Porto. Suzana asked if I’d be around for her to stop by and introduce herself. It was nice to meet her. She was very nice and had some good suggestions for places I might want to visit.

I am not a very hostel-guy, usually enjoying privacy, but this was one of the best stays overall. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and responsive. If you want to not be bothered by organizing surfing trips - host takes every day to the beach with best waves for the day. People who are staying were also incredible. Overall was an amazing experience. P.S. expect some direct British humor, which I enjoyed quite a bit

We had a wonderful time here, the team and guests were super friendly and the accommodation and activities were perfect ! Having the surf shop directly at the house also made our whole experience better since it was super easy for classes or renting boards. The location is 20min away from Peniche but offers a lot of activities so you can either chill at home or go explore around Peniche. Highly recommend !

Très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix pour notre famille de 5. Le 25 décembre il n'y avait pas de restaurant ouvert à proximité et nous étions contents de pouvoir nous faire à manger dans la cuisine commune. Les 3 petits points négatifs : la luminosité de la climatisation au dessus du lit la nuit, le rideau de douche qui vient se coller à nous si on le met en place (on a fini par ne plus le mettre) et le mélangeur de la douche qui n'est pas pratique pour trouver et garder la bonne température Les lits superposés avec rideaux sont très bien. Le couchage double grand et confortable Nous avons également apprécié la nature aux alentours, notamment à Peniche.

Really nice, comfortable bed. The co-working space is quiet and spacious. Restaurant also very tasty and affordable.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The space is beautiful with high end finishes and cute decor. The wrap around balcony has beautiful ocean and sunset views. Location is steps away from the beach and a breathtaking hike along the cliff overlooking the ocean. Walking distance to coffee shops as well. The weather was too cold for the pool but the views from there are gorgeous as well. The host was responsive and very informative. Their guide was full of very good recommendations for restaurants and places to see. What a great stay!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Una habitación acogedora, con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. La cama amplia y los cojines super cómodos, hay 2 para cada persona, uno más blando y el otro más duro. No hay calefacción y por la noche a veces hace algo de frío, pero hay mantas. La zona común muy bien ambientada, con sofá, televisión y juegos. Y la cocina aunque la utilicen todos los huéspedes está muy limpia, organizada y con normas de limpieza y orden a cumplir. En la terraza había tenderete para poder colgar la ropa mojada. Cuando fuimos nostros habían unos gatitos en la parte del salón pero no dan ningún problema, van a su aire. La llegada es automática y pudimos entrar antes de las 16:00h. Sin duda si vuelvo a Peniche volveré a este alojamiento.

Minha hospedagem foi incrível, o Simão é muito atencioso e simpático, a casa fica perto de tudo mesmo estando a pé, tudo limpo, silencioso e agradável, se retornar a Peniche com certezas eu retorno a mesma hospedagem.

Had a amazing stay for 3 weeks in Bruno’s Surfhouse. It’s in the middle of Baleals surfer paradise, you can easily walk to several Surfspots. Bruno is always available in case you have any questions and the volunteers are always around in the house to help you and make the best out of your stay. It’s a small and social place. Thank you so much to the whole team! I will definitely come back :-)

We had a great time in Baleal! The apartment was beautifully furnished, and the storage for surfboards and wetsuits was really practical. The hosts Elaine and Gigi were very attentive and responsive, addressing our requests really quick. The location is about a 15-20 min walk from the beaches, but one can easily rent bikes with board racks in Baleal and then it’s perfect. All in all, it was a nice experience that met our expectations!
