Family-friendly vacation rentals in Peniche

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

What an incredible apartment! It’s fully equipped, immaculately clean, and the beds are so comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. There are also so many useful items for kids, which makes it super convenient for families. The huge terrace and jacuzzi provide such a lovely space to relax. We loved everything during our stay. The house is located in an exceptional location and isobel and renato are very attentive. Perfect stay with family. Little bits of our hearts stayed there!

The apartment is really nice! Super clean and modern and the roof top terrace is definitely a nice thing on top. In general the apartment is well equipped and I really enjoyed my stay. Claudia also was very responsive regarding questions and everything is very well explained within the apartment. I’d love to stay there again at some point.

It was a week of well spent vacation, where we had everything we needed in the apartment (utensils/services/machines) as communicated to us by Mr. Luis. In the vicinity there are excellent places of gastronomy with good price/quality ratio. The place is quiet and with good access both for walking and to discover new destinations by car.

A beautiful condo on the beach with a view of the ocean. Line it’s a great layout and you’ll enjoy looking at the ocean. There is a restaurant next-door however we never had any issues with noise. I wish they had a faucet to wash your feet off after you came back from the beach, but that’s not the responsibility of this condo that the association should handle that.

We had a great stay! Always prompt communication and lots of great recommendations. Aldi, laundromat, and coffee shop all within a block. The space was perfect for us and our adult son. We certainly hope to return again.

We had an amazing stay at Albert’s apartment in Peniche! As a group of four geology students exploring the region, this place was perfect for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to the coast and the incredible geological sites we came to study. Albert was an outstanding host—super friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with local tips and recommendations. Beautiful house and very clean to spend a few days with the family.

Wonderful place to stay with family, children especially would find the place delightful, with old parts of the mill decorating the front yard and providing an interesting diversion for the kids. Place is thoughtfully constructed and furnished by superb hosts Nuno and Cristiana. Would recommend without hesitation.

We loved it here. The place was Perfect for 2 people. The hosts were the best ever. We received a wonderful welcome package. The surf and beaches were just fantastic. Take warm clothes as the wind can really drop the temperatures. We have been to many places but it’s the only place we can’t wait to rebook. Rickard’s was so helpful and is clearly dedicated to giving all the support to your holiday. So very passionate about the place, we can see why. Such a fantastic vibe. I would say if you love surfing this is paradise if you are a new starter then this is perfect. If you have mobility issues this would probably not be the best place for you due to the amount of walking you need to do. The pictures do not give the location justice. Hire bikes and get exploring it’s breathtaking. Some fantastic restaurants all far cheaper than 🇬🇧. Book and enjoy !!!

Very large house with private pool and really huge roof terrace. There were only two of us here, there are beds for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for the car, also enough parking space in front of the house. For surfing: only 10 minutes by car to Baleal and Supertubos is even closer. Thanks to Celia for the wonderful time!

Very pleasant house for a larger family with children and lots of sports equipment. Spacious with facilities to accomodate all needs - storage, cleaning, drying, cooking, relaxing. Clean and cleaned at no additional cost in the middle of the stay. Very nice host who remembers and fulfills promises and cares of guests´well-being even if requests beyond standard - in our case need for softer mattress due to back problems. Very quick and easy communication. ***** for the place and one more extra * for Rogerio :-)

Excellent stay! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and only a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach! Very spacious villa for 8 people. Manuel is lovely! We will keep great holiday memories.

Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently.
