Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Pendle District

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Beautiful house with home from home comforts in a lovely well kept residential area. Lots to keep us entertained… hot tub, pool, arcade games, darts, swing ball and lots of board games, which brought back childhood memories… hadn’t seen some of the games in years! And also some newer games which we hadn’t seen before. Everything was in the house as we were expecting. We were very lucky with the weather, so spent lots of time exploring local areas too. Lytham and Lytham St Anne’s are lovely… not as busy as Blackpool. Son and daughter explored Blackpool and Blackpool zoo. Model village near the zoo is worth a visit too. All are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Grapes in Wrea (about 5 mins from the house) does lovely bar food and welcomes dogs… treats, bowls and water provided.

Perfect location for gettingvout and about in West Yorkshire with takeaways and supermarkets walkable and nearby. Valentinos Italian restaurant was fab for dinner too. Our hosts wetr friendly and helpful wiyhout being intrusive. The lodge garden area was a great sunspot and it was lovely reading in the chillout room overlooking the park after a busy day. Really recommend.

Absolutely stunning property. My Husband and I along with our two small dogs had a wonderful time in this beautiful and private property. The photos do not do it justice! The owners were brilliant, making sure we got there ok and answered our query straight away. The location is perfect for beautiful walks and with pubs, takeaway and a shop not far you have everything you need for a relaxing break on your doorstep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and the hot tub was excellent. We are looking forward to returning very soon!

Perfect break set in a private location. Stunning cottage had everything ypu need and more to make you feel right at home. Love the hot tub especially after a long walk. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch which also had some doggy treats too. 100% would love to return, we had an amazing time. Thanks for having us.

This place is gorgeous and very well kept up to date, the hot tub is great and really the kitchen fantastic and well laid out. Very happy.

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

The place was immaculate, it had everything you needed. Hot tub was super clean and ready upon arrival. Location is good, not much in Barnoldswick but a few nice pubs. With Skipton round the corner (15 minutes) and a really easy drive this isn’t a problem as a taxi wouldn’t even be that much. Would 100% recommend and Jessica communicated so well from booking to arrival.

Absolutely beautiful lodge in stunning surroundings. Came as a family of four and enjoyed the hot tub, the local walks and the local pubs. The lodge is spotless, the hosts are really responsive and very friendly. Extra touches like the robes and milk and bread were appreciated. Couldn't find fault.

Great birthday night stay at everything retreat, if you’re looking for a romantic break this place is perfect!

My family and I stayed Monday to Friday, fabulous site, the lodge was perfect for us and the staff really helpful. Lovely stay.

we really enjoyed staying at Mark's place. It was exceptionally clean, and the hot tub was great. There's some great walks nearby , great pubs and stuff for kids like the animal centre. Plus the pool on site was really good too.

From the moment we arrived we totally fell in love - gorgeous views, peaceful location and the hot tub experience was to die for. The place had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable - yes including the beds! Mandy was super friendly and very prompt in her responses - overall 10/10 - do it!

wow what a place! the lodge was fantastic, great peaceful location and private too. the lodge was clean, large and felt right at home. jason also put up balloons for our anniversary, alongside a goodie box, was such a nice touch. the surroundings were gorgeous with a hot tub to top it off. can’t recommend highly enough. will definitely be back! thankyou!!! Absolutely amazing stay could not recommend enough! Hosts were fantastic and very friendly. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the river which is just a short walk away from where you're staying is 100% worth the visit. Youll not be disappointed. We will most definitely be coming back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.
