The nearest crossing to the dike is Westerweg in about 800 m. The nearest swimming area is Kaydeich/lighthouse. The large central children's playground and recreation hall and the mini-golf course are within walking distance. It is recommended to bring bicycles or rent them. The house is about 130 square meters.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site.

The idyllically located wooden house is located in the small village of Ockholm, just 5 minutes from the Wadden Sea. Old apple trees surround the ecologically built house on the 1000sqm property and invite you to relax. From the back terrace you can enjoy the wide view of a pasture with horses or sheep. Swimming facilities and mudflat walks are within easy reach, as are the ferry docks to the Halligen or to Föhr and Amrum.

Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!
