Aurinko viipyy horisontissa läpi yön ja järven pinta hehkuu kultaisena. Syksyn saapuessa pimeät illat tuovat mukanaan mahdollisuuden ihailla revontulia suoraan rannasta. Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.

Elämyslaavu ja rantasauna erämaajärven rannalla

Koe Lapin luonnon rauha ja yötön yö ainutlaatuisessa lasiseinäisessä elämyslaavussa erämaajärven rannalla. Majoitus pedattuna 3:lle, omissa makuupusseissa yöpyville jopa 5 makuupaikkaa. Minikeittiössä keittolevy, mikro, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astiat (lasit, mukit, lautaset, kahvipressot ruokailuvälineet jne.). Vieressä olevalla rantasaunalla suihkut. Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Villa Uuttu, Pyhätunturi

Villa Uuttu sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Soutajan alueella aivan Pyhätunturin läheisyydessä. Mökki sopii hyvin suurperheelle, kahdelle perheelle tai vaikkapa kaveri/työporukalle. Mökissä on 100M valokuituyhteys, wlan ja työpiste, joten etätyöskentelykin onnistuu loistavasti. Mökki sijaitsee aivan hiihto-, vaellus- ja pyöräilyreittien ja Pyhäjärven läheisyydessä. Mökissä on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa sängyt kahdeksalle. Alakerran toiseen makuuhuoneeseen kuljetaan toisen makuuhuoneen kautta.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. Pilkkiretki Niesijärvellä 40€ henkilö, 1-2h. Pilkkiretki moottorikelkalla 90€ hlö. Moottorikelkka safari 90€ henkilö 2h. Varauksen voit tehdä viestillä.

Villa Luppopirtti is a traditional Finnish log cabin in the middle of peaceful woods and close to the Kitinen river. It’s a perfect hideaway for a couple or a family with two to three kids. The wood-heated sauna at the cabin is an experience in its own class compared to an electric sauna. After enjoying the sauna you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the barbecue hut or by the fireplace in the living room. EV-charging station and a complete waste-recycling center on the spot.

Kaunis ympäristö tarjoaa upeat ulkoilumahdollisuudet - hiihtolatu vaaroille lähtee pihasta, viereinen järvi mahdollistaa pilkkimisen, kesällä voit retkeillä ja marjastaa lähivaaroilla, soutuvene odottaa koulun rannassa. Keittiössä hyvä varustelu ruuanlaittoon. Huoneisto ja pihapiiri soveltuu hyvin lapsiperheille.
