The property is located near Lake Pyhäjärvi, about 100 meters from the shore, but the property does not have its own beach. There is a public beach in Asteli, a 5-minute drive away. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee of €25/set. No pets allowed.

The more than 130-year-old log cabin in the cultural heritage landscape of Suvanto takes its residents on a time travel to a 19th century village in the far north of Finland. The property is best suited for a friend of Lapland's nature, history and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter or mosquitoes in summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

Villa Uuttu is located in its own peace in the Soutajan area, very close to Pyhätunturi. The cottage is well suited for a large family, two families, or even a friend/work group. The cottage is located in the vicinity of skiing, hiking and cycling routes and Lake Pyhäjärvi. The cottage has four bedrooms with beds for eight. Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee.
