Marco's place was well located and very secure for our family. All the little thoughtful touches were very appreciated and we were made to feel right at home during our stay. Very clean and lovely place that had everything we needed. Marco's communication was fantastic and I do highly reccomend staying here!

We had a great time! The house is very nice and the view is beautiful. Nicola was the best house you could wish for. He was always available, very polite and helped us with many requests. We will book it again and can recommend it!

Caterina's pretty cottage is a bit hidden but still centrally located in the interesting district of Quinto al Mare. A really big plus is the parking space outside the door. Caterina gave us a lively introduction upon our arrival: uphill with honking, sharp left! Perfect! You can travel the entire coast by train; buses also run. We felt very comfortable in the house, even though it was raining outside. Caterina even had sightseeing tips for us for rainy weather. You can shop in the immediate vicinity and cook delicious food in the kitchen. We will come back in more summery weather and explore Quinto even more closely. Then we also use the cute terrace. In fifty minutes from Milan you are in a paradise: hills, vineyards and Casa Percivalle with a beautiful swimming pool just for you. Silence reigns supreme, only crickets. You feel free and at peace. Everything is clean, well-kept. Riccardo and Roberta are delightful, always available and superb cooks. I recommend everyone discover Casa Percivalle. Paola

We stayed as 3 couples of motorcyclists, we had a very good time, beautiful villa. We had some difficulty on the last dirt road outside the property due to the presence of mud and puddles. FABIO was very clear and helpful and his colleague was a great help. Extremely positive rating.

We stayed 5 nights at Guido's place and everything was lovely. We were received very nicely, felt right at home. The apartment is lovingly decorated, everything you need is available, the bed was very comfortable and nice and large for a sofa bed. The locked garage is the icing on the cake of the apartment😀, parking was scarce in Rapallo even in the low season. The location was ideal for us: walking distance to the center, to the train station (ideal connection to Genoa or Cinque Terre) or to the supermarket. If we come back to the area, we would definitely like to check in with Guido.

The painter's house is a wonderful, personal place. With magnificent views, beautiful garden, individually furnished apartment. Only the traffic on the Via Aurelia and the trains disturb the otherwise fabulous location on the Golfo Paradiso a little. Thanks to our warm hosts who have a pleasant sense of sustainability: water carbonators, avoiding plastic, heating with pellets, electricity generation via photovoltaics. We felt very comfortable.

Filippo was super helpful and took us from the station to the house. The place is really great! You can enjoy the view of the sea directly from the bedroom. The terrace and garden allow you to relax in the open air.

Caterina, welcomed us. And we had a great stay. The accommodation is very close to the beach and a convenience store. A little far from the city center but public transport is available very close to the accommodation and the train is a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is very quiet, very peaceful. It was hot but Caterina brought us fans. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. The location was perfect - very walkable to the downtown/water and train station. Sara is a very warm, hospitable host and her responsiveness to questions/texts was excellent. She met us at check in, explained everything there was to know about her place and left us with a list of recommended restaurants in Santa Margarita as well as Portofino. The grounds were beautiful and private, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace. We felt instantly at home! We would definitely stay at Sara's again.

Great place to stay! Well equipped, wonderful balcony with great views of the sea. It is only 5 minutes by car to Chiavari, from there everything is easy to reach! Very very nice and large garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. Laura always responded very quickly and kindly to questions. We highly recommend this home!

The house is very beautiful with a very nice view, away from noise. The renovation they have done is with very good quality materials. We love the communication, the garden very beautiful, and the must is the vegetable garden where we can pick the vegetables we need. A very nice place even nicer than the photos.
