Very nice house with everything you need to make a vacation as if you were at home. 3 minutes from the sea and 8 from the center. Excellent communication. To be repeated!

We can not believe our luck with this place. I actually thought I was booking in Portofino. I am so glad we didn’t. Bianca’s place was quiet and over the top beautiful. Easy walk (not quite a mile) to Rapallo or Santa Margherita. We did walk to Portofino - about 4 1/2 miles fun but a bustling beach town with lots of high end shops. Bianca’s was a lovely place to relax and We swam right out front . The water is right below the balcony. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Bianca was helpful with recommendations but also let us have our privacy. The perfect spot for us.

The stay was great, and Rolf is great! He accompanies us at check-in and check-out, in addition to giving all the necessary information. It was excellent, and it has a large parking lot inside the property that is excellent for those traveling by car. The place is close to the historic center and has a great location, and the entire tour can be done on foot for those who like to walk. I loved the stay.

We were guests in Barbara's small pretty apartment for the third time. It is centrally located (just a few meters to the center of Finale) and thanks to its location on the 5th floor, it has stunning views of the sea. The apartment is well and functionally furnished - ideal for 2 people.

Nice and nice apartment with a small fenced garden that creates an additional outdoor space that breathes and shows green from the window. Super clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Well-functioning heating, wonderful Varazze promenade - Very close by, newsstand in front, bakery workshop, pastry bakery just a few meters away, next to a good seafood restaurant. Friendly and quick host in feedback. Recommended

The apartment is very nice, bright and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need. One bedroom is equipped with a firmer mattress, the other with a soft mattress Only the large sofa was unfortunately rather worn out and the small The sofa has no backrest and no back panel, unlike the photo. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

The location of the accommodation is very central, everything is within walking distance. And walking right in the bathing suit to the bathroom in the sea is already a luxury. The rooms are rather dark, the feeling of being a little like being in a ship. Fabio communicates reliably and emphatically.

My family and I stayed a few days in this very nice, spacious and equipped accommodation! The bad weather did not allow us to fully enjoy beach life, but thanks to this accommodation (convenient for every service, shops, supermarkets, along the sea) even the time spent in the house was pleasant. Congratulations to Elena and her husband for their maximum availability. I hope to be back soon.

Fabrizio was extremely kind right from the start. Wonderful area for those of us who love mountain biking! The apartment is simply fantastic and cozy equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Beautiful outdoor space where you can relax enjoying a wonderful view. I have rarely been in such a comfortable apartment: Beautiful courtyard, cozy, warm apartment. Plenty of space and storage space/storage area. Stylish decor. Equipment brilliant. (Kitchen / vacuum cleaner, etc.)... Silvia was available at all times and very friendly. On the street café, bakery, fruit/vegetables, supermarket. Surroundings quiet, relaxed and not touristic. Simply recommended. Thank you for everything!

great place, the apartment and surroundings are so lovly, we loved the nature around the house and the smell of the flowers are amasing, loved the wiew over Rapallo and how quiet it is are a big plus, no traffic noise and so clean air :) we liked the short but pretty walk to the center, very recomended !! the hosts are wery friendly thank u Solveig, Valur and Emilía from iceland

Stayed one night in this apartment. Super helpful and clear owner to provide check-in directions (although he could not be present due to our arrival time). Super clean and organized apartment. I highly recommend it for those looking for relaxation and tranquility. the apartment is conveniently located at the highway exit about 20 minutes from Asti and Alessandria.

The place was very central and well maintained. We felt very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was the busy road, which you heard well in the large room.

Fantastic 3 nights! Arrived late our first night and had a little trouble in the dark even though Sarah. sent helpful vidoes on how to find it. In our defense we had been up 24 hours but Sarah responded immediately and guided us in. The terrace and nighttime views were a perfect place to sit and catch our breathe! The home was better than expected and THE VIEWS! Easily took the train into Genoa for the day but we couldn't wait to get back to that terrace! Fiore helped us with a reservation for dinner in Pieve and what a meal! All in all they communicated as we traveled there even suggesting where we could stop and eat on the way from airport. Their responsiveness and helpfulness was unmatched!! Would love to return with my adult kids!!

Excellently renovated and furnished apartment. One of the nicest ever visited. There's an incredible attention to detail. The apartment offers a beautiful view of a glimpse of the historic center. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Andrea was an impeccable host, always available and responsive.

Very well located apartment in a pedestrian street in the center of Genoa, not far from the train station (10 min walk). Perfect for visiting the city. The big plus: the parking space because without it would have been very complicated and expensive

Easy check-in with a friendly meet and greet, where the host guided us to the private garage parking. Lovely, clean apartment in a great location—nice walk into the center of Genova.
