Appartamento molto luminoso sia con luce naturale sia con illuminazione artificiale. Non molto lontano dalla ferroviaria ma il passaggio del treno non si sente. Olio, sale, pasta e detersivi già presenti. A due passi dal mare e 10 minuti a piedi dai caruggi di Pietra. In aprile, nessun problema col parcheggio.

Maurizias appartment is peefect if you want to spoil yourself with some comfortable days at the beach! We enjoyed the sea view, the well equipped kitchen and the location. The place is located just perfectly close to restaurants, shops and, of course, the two bays of Sestri Levante. Maurizia and her husbad were very nice hosts - they offered to pick us up at the station because of the heavy rain and the communication during our stay was quick and helpful when we needed it.

A estadia foi ótima, e o Rolf é ótimo! Ele nos acompanha no check-in e no check-out, além de dar todas as informações necessárias. Foi excelente, e tem um estacionamento grande dentro da propriedade que é excelente para quem viaja de carro. O Local é perto do centro histórico e tem ótima localização, sendo que todo passeio pode ser feito à pé para quem gosta de caminhar. Adorei a estadia.

Très belle vue sur mer , Rapallo et les collines. Location conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Temps ensoleillé et agréable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal zu Gast in der kleinen schmucken Wohnung von Barbara. Sie liegt zentral (nur wenige Meter zum Zentrum von Finale) und bietet dank der Lage im 5. Stock einen umwerfenden Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet - ideal für 2 Personen.

Piacevole e grazioso appartamento con piccolo giardino recintato che crea uno spazio ulteriore esterno che dà respiro e mostra verde dalla finestra. super pulito e confortevole, con tutto il necessario. Riscaldamento ben funzionante, meravigliosa passeggiata Varazze -Cogoleto vicinissima, edicola davanti, laboratorio di panetteria, focacceria a pasticceria a pochi metri, accanto un buon ristorante di pesce. Host gentile e rapida nei feedback. Consigliato

Wir haben als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Es war alles da, was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Die Küche ist gut zum Kochen ausgestattet. Ein ergänzender HInweis: Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein (ca. 50 x 90 cm), sodass auch ein Buggy zusammengeklappt werden muß. Es passt nicht der Kinderwagen und ein Erwachsener rein. Besonders genossen haben wir die vielfältige Umgebung: Möglichkeit des Kletterns, das nahegelegene Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar und die absolute Nähe zur Altstadt von Finalborgio. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist sehr nah gegeben.

Excellent sejour chez Massimo et son epouse . Merci pour leur accueil et leur gentilesse . Le jardin est magnifique , la ville de Nervi charmante et Genes à decouvrir en train en toute simplicite y compris avec un enfant.

Wirklich das schönste Air bnb in dem ich bis jetzt war! Küche mehr als zufriedenstellend ausgestattet und die restliche Wohnung sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man hat sich wirklich sehr zuhause gefühlt. Komme gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Und direkt im Badeanzug zum Bad im Meer zu gehen, ist schon ein Luxus. Die Räume sind eher dunkel, das Gefühl ein wenig, wie in einem Schiff zu sein. Fabio kommuniziert zuverlässig und emphatisch.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni in questo alloggio molto bello, ampio e fornito di tutto! Il brutto tempo non ci ha concesso di godere appieno la vita da spiaggia, ma grazie a questo alloggio (comodo ad ogni servizio, negozi, supermercati, lungo mare) anche il tempo trascorso in casa è stato piacevole. Complimenti ad Elena e a suo marito per la massima disponibilità. Mi auguro di tornare presto.

Fabrizio sin da subito è stato estremamente gentile. Zona stupenda per chi, come noi, ama le escursioni in mtb! L'appartamento è semplicemente fantastico e accogliente dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno dove ci si può rilassare godendo di una vista meravigliosa. Gentilissima e molto premurosa anche la mamma di Fabrizio che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Un grandissimo grazie di cuore per aver reso favoloso il nostro soggiorno.

Ich war selten in solch einer komfortablen Wohnung: Wunderschöner Hof, gemütliche, warme Wohnung. Viel Platz und Stauraum/ Abstellfläche. Stilvolle Deko. Ausstattung genial. (Küche / Staubsauger usw.)... Silvia war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. In der Straße Café, Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse, Supermarkt. Umgebung ruhig, entspannt und nicht touristisch. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles !

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, wir konnten alles sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber. Außerdem war die Wohnung sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls ohne Probleme und sehr schnell möglich. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war das quietschende Bett. Vielleicht kann man dagegen etwas tun, da es nachts schon etwas gestört hat. Insgesamt war die Wohnung aber wie beschrieben und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo appartamento. La casa è spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è buona, vicino al centro. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è l'accesso al parcheggio, che è un po' stretto, e l'antenna TV che non ha mai funzionato. A parte questo tutto è andato bene.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral und gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war die stark befahrene Strasse, welche man im grossen Zimmer gut gehört hat.

Fantastic 3 nights! Arrived late our first night and had a little trouble in the dark even though Sarah. sent helpful vidoes on how to find it. In our defense we had been up 24 hours but Sarah responded immediately and guided us in. The terrace and nighttime views were a perfect place to sit and catch our breathe! The home was better than expected and THE VIEWS! Easily took the train into Genoa for the day but we couldn't wait to get back to that terrace! Fiore helped us with a reservation for dinner in Pieve and what a meal! All in all they communicated as we traveled there even suggesting where we could stop and eat on the way from airport. Their responsiveness and helpfulness was unmatched!! Would love to return with my adult kids!!

Appartamento eccellentemente ristrutturato ed arredato. Tra i più belli mai visitati. Si nota un’incredibile cura del dettaglio. L’appartamento offre una bellissima vista su uno scorcio del centro storico. Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Andrea è stato un host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e reattivo.

El departamento estaba impecable , limpio y muy lindo decorado, todo funcionaba a la perfección. Camas cómodas , cocina equipada y un hermoso living para descansar al regresar. Cerca de todo , buena ubicación Solo para destacar que la zona quizás de noche resulta un poco insegura. Por lo demás , es muy recomendable .

Emplacement au top au chœur du centre historique. Facile d'accès. Communication rapide et efficace de la part de Zoé. On peut tout faire à pied. Le parking privé est vraiment un plus. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Gênes Merci Zoé

Valerias Unterkunft bot alles was sie versprach. Das Pool war sogar Ende Oktober noch in Betrieb und wir konnten schwimmen gehen. Das Wirlpool war vorgeheizt und wir konnten es gleich bei der Ankunft benutzen. Sauberes Apartment Eingang direkt von der Terrasse. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und werden gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder eine Übernachtung buchen.

Easy check-in with a friendly meet and greet, where the host guided us to the private garage parking. Lovely, clean apartment in a great location—nice walk into the center of Genova.

The apartment was really clean and looked exactly like on the photos. 15-20 minute walk to the center. Tetiana was great host and helped us with any question we had.
