Villa vacation rentals in Pefki

We loved this stay. It was in a quiet location. There were several good restaurants a short distance away. Everything matched the pictures. The pool is very clean and wonderful to cool off. The owners are very nice and can give plenty of tips. There was also a delicious lunch made and snacks. The cat Leo came by every day. Because the house is made of stone, it stayed wonderfully cool in the house despite 25-30 degrees outside. You do need a car to get around easily. We can recommend this stay to anyone! Who knows, we might come back.

A wonderful house with generous sized rooms in a special location with the Sandy beach within 1000 metres! Wonderful balcony to watch the sunset and also walkable to the main stretch of Pefki restaurants and regional supermarkets! A memorable and lovely 10-day holiday!

Great stay at a beautiful villa. Would highly recommend staying here as a great base for exploring Rhodes. Panos is a great host whom is very responsive and flexible, allowing us to stay later as we had a late flight.

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

We booked Kyriakos' accommodation for a friends vacation and it was wonderful! The beach, which is right (!!!) next to the villa, is wonderfully quiet and very beautiful. There is also a nice beach bar within walking distance with a large selection of food and drinks. The villa itself is beautiful and has a pool, Kyriakos himself was super helpful and everything was very clean. We would definitely come here again!

Everything was wonderful! The house is decorated and cozy like a hotel, Alex was available for us all the time, the sea and tavernas are within walking distance and the view is amazing. The house is equipped down to the smallest detail - from the food and drinks that were waiting for us to a hairdryer, shampoo and more. Disadvantage - There are a lot of mosquitoes in Rhodes and we suffered even in the villa. It is recommended to stock up on everything you can. Highly recommend!

The villa was very suitable for our 10 days vacation. Locatin was good for car cruisings to south part of the island and mountain villages with their lovely tavernas. We enjoyed amazing view by the heated pool from morning to sunset. We did use the grill many times, found a good fishshop from the next village. So car is good to have. Villa offered us everything we needed and Jenny helped us whenever we had questions. Thank you very much.

The stay in the villa was very successful. The villa is large and spacious, amazing location by the sea. Large pool. In general, there is everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

Great villa. Excellent host and greatcommunication, recommendations. Our whole family loved the place. It is a large villa with plenty of space and bedrooms.

Wow. The villa was beyond our expectations and our hosts were just lovely and so helpful with everything, starting with arranging a transfer with Demetris - ‘demetris galatas aegean Rhodes’. If you’re offered this guy’s number be sure to take it. He was brilliant from start to finish with recommendations and being a general go to for absolutely anything and everything. Same with Evi, Emmanouil and the rest of the family. We were a family of 3 generations and it ticked everyone’s boxes. Downstairs bedroom for grandma, peaceful in the day but close enough to be able to walk to some lovely restaurants in the evening and also to the nightlife for the grandchildren. Local supermarket should you want food to eat in. The villa was spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation, the hosts or Demetri and I would love to go back if we get the chance. Everyone loved it and we were so sorry the stay had to come to an end.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

The pool & view were amazing - we spent most of our time here as it was just too hard to leave! The bus stop is outside and takes 5 mins into Lindos village for 2 euros running every 30 mins. We had a hire car for transfers / trips to the ‘big’ supermarket which was only a 10 minute drive away. Brilliant stay.

Fantastic villa on the outskirts of Pefkos. Really spacious - we were a family of 5 with the youngest being 16 and there was plenty of room, ample seating and facilities so you didn’t feel at all crowded. The villa was clean and the flexible check-in was appreciated. Despina was very responsive to any messages sent and Vasili was friendly but unobtrusive. 5 minute flat walk to a really good restaurant and 15-20minute flat walk into the centre of Pefkos. We had a car to explore the island but the bus service along in front of the villa seemed regular. Highly recommend, we had a fabulous holiday.

Wonderful and convenient villa.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

What can I say! This villa is literally unbelievable and a home from home. From first booking right up until we left,Ioannis was literally amazing and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Sign posts from the road were clear and helpful. The photos on the villa do not do it justice, he has done so many upgrades at high expense and they have made it so much better. So many glasses, crockery and everything was brand new. If you are looking for a villa to stay in, you absolutely need to book this villa! You will not find a better one. Such a homely feel, not clinical at all and every touch has been thought about. We have stayed in 6 villas in the area and this is by far the best. I haven’t even got started on the outside space, which is out of this world. The best pool we have ever had, so clean and huge! Seating areas offer needed shade and all new. I could talk all day about this but please just book it, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Villa Barbie is wonderful. Things that stood out for us: the pool area is surrounded by pine trees and bushes, so there is always some shade during the day (if you burn easily this is critical!). The villa has everything you might need - air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, over two levels. It is cleaned every day except Sunday. The location was perfect for us - there are restaurants just a minute away for when you're feeling lazy, or a ten minute walk will get you to the amazing 1912 restaurant (and the other bars and restaurants of Pefki). Plakia beach is five minutes away with a coffee shop (opens at 10) and sunbeds... Lindos is a short drive away with it's ancient acropolis and picturesque streets, although if you are going we recommend going early! Maria was very helpful throughout, and we couldn't have been happier. Please note that if you have mobility issues the villa is up a short but very steep drive.

We were so lucky to find this place! Gorgeous sunsets just like the pictures. Host Michalis very helpful and responsive. Even made sure a minor issue was corrected over a weekend to make our stay even better! Perfect for families, a couple or a quiet stay by yourself. Close to major sites like Lindos Beach and Lindos Acrópolis and easy drive to 7 springs.

I took my family for a week in August to Villa Kipseli. The Villa is wonderful, what a fantastic place to enjoy and relax. It was baking hot and the pool was absolutely perfect, large and clean. It was well used everyday! I would recommend the Villa to anyone wanting to go with a family or friends.
