Pleasant stay. Very good price in the center of Piraeus. Very nice decor comfortable house with privacy. Very well communicated with the manager.

It was as we saw it in the photos. The whole place is super clean. Mary was always there when we needed her and absolutely informative about everything. The space is very welcoming and the balcony is amazing to relax. Thanks for everything…. I'm sure they'll pick you up again Mary….!!!

My second time staying here. I cant speak highly enough of the hosts responsiveness. I lost the keys once and locked them inside totally my mistake and the host got there within 5 minutes literally. The view is the best I've ever seen location is great. but also definitely the most responsive friendly helpful host I have ever had any experience with. Thanks Alexandros!

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids. Tarsi arranged a baby crib for our 1-year-old and an ekstra bed for our daughter in the living room. The location is perfect! And the view from the living room is absolute amazing we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking a beer and watching the beautiful diner after the kids had been put to bed☺️ We were also grateful that we could have a late check out on our departure day. We would happily come again and can recommend for others to visit.

A group of 3 staying for over a week and we enjoyed a perfect stay. The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable and it is located in a convenient location.

Really friendly welcome from Niki! Correct accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and well-equipped with a nice garden and a pleasant outdoor area for eating meals. Parking space in front of the house. Conveniently located for visiting the surroundings: not far from Epidaurus, 30 min from Methana and Poros, 50 min from Nafplio, 1 hour drive to take the ferry to Hydra. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Andreas' home was very beautiful and he was a great host both during and after checkout. Clean , bright, and exactly as shown in the listing. Highly recommended to all visitors in the area.

It was a pleasure to stay at this place! Communication with Chryssa was great – always quick and helpful. The apartment was not only clean, but also spacious and modernly furnished. Another plus was the parking space right outside the door, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Aris' place is very nice. Upon entering the house, you felt comfortable! The garden is so chill and it was perfect for us location wise as we have family living in Peristeri! Aris was always available and communication was impeccable! It'll be our first choice again next Easter!

We had a wonderful time in Aegina and a great part of that was due to this lovely apartment. The flat is beautifully designed, it’s spacious, comfortable and a in a great location. The hosts were very welcoming and flexible. They were attentive to all our needs and made us feel right at home and really cared for. They provided wonderful recommendations for things to see, places to go to and restaurants to try. Aegina has so much to offer and would definitely recommend this place as your base to explore the island, relax and have a wonderful time.

Our stay at the home was great from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal — quiet but at the same time close to all points of interest. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available for any questions we had. He gave us valuable local tips and made sure we felt at home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

The aparment very clean, easy to access, several cafes and restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the host. 100% recommended.

There is an access from elevator direct to the apartment. Interesting design. The apartment is bright. There is a lot of windows with nice views. From the bedroom there is an access to the balcony and the roof top, where is very comfortable place to take a cup of coffee looking to the bay and the city. The view is nice both at night and daytime. There is a washing machine, and it is very important for me. The is no microwave, but you may use the owen to preheat your food. In general the apartment is full of things for comfortable life. It is silent and you don’t hear the neighbors. The way to the sea takes only 15 minutes by walking. Recommended. Great place, I'll go for it again in the future

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!
