Ευχαριστη διαμονη. Πολυ καλή τιμη στο κέντρο του Πειραιά .Πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση άνετο σπίτι με ιδιωτικότητα .Πολυ καλά επικοινωνία με τον διαχειρηστή.

Ήταν όλα όπως τα είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Ο χώρος όλος είναι πεντακάθαρος. Η Μαίρη ήταν πάντα εκεί όταν τη χρειαστήκαμε και απόλυτα κατατοπιστική στα πάντα. Ο χώρος πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος κι ιδιέταιρα το μπαλκονάκι εκπληκτικό για να χαλαρώνεις. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα…. Σίγουρα θα σε ξαναπροτιμήσουνε Μαίρη….!!!

My second time staying here. I cant speak highly enough of the hosts responsiveness. I lost the keys once and locked them inside totally my mistake and the host got there within 5 minutes literally. The view is the best I've ever seen location is great. but also definitely the most responsive friendly helpful host I have ever had any experience with. Thanks Alexandros!

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids. Tarsi arranged a baby crib for our 1-year-old and an ekstra bed for our daughter in the living room. The location is perfect! And the view from the living room is absolute amazing we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking a beer and watching the beautiful diner after the kids had been put to bed☺️ We were also grateful that we could have a late check out on our departure day. We would happily come again and can recommend for others to visit.

Host communication was great, and place was nice and close to the transportation

A group of 3 staying for over a week and we enjoyed a perfect stay. The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable and it is located in a convenient location.

Estuvimos muy bien en el apartamento. Esta un 10 minutos andando del centro del pueblo pero es muy tranquilo.

Accueil vraiment amical de la part de Niki! Logement correct pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Propre et bien équipé avec un joli jardin et un espace extérieur agréable pour prendre les repas. Place de stationnement devant la maison. Idéalement situé pour visiter les alentours : pas loin d'Epidaure, 30 min de Methana et Poros, 50 min de Nauplie, 1h00 de route pour prendre le ferry pour Hydra. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrions avec plaisir.

Το κατάλυμα του Ανδρέα ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ ο ίδιος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης τόσο κατά τη διάρκεια όσο κ μετά την αναχώρηση. Καθαρό , φωτεινό κ ακριβώς όπως εμφανίζεται στην καταχώρηση. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους τους επισκέπτες της περιοχής.

Es war ein Vergnügen, in dieser Unterkunft zu wohnen! Die Kommunikation mit Chryssa war super – immer schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Bleibe sucht.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Die Unterkunft von Aris ist sehr schön. Bei Eintritt ins Haus hat man sich wohl gefühlt! Der Garten ist so chillig und es ist von der Lage her perfekt für uns gewesen, da wir Familie in Peristeri wohnen haben! Aris war immer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war tadellos! Beim nächsten Osterfest ist er wieder unsere erste Wahl!

We had a wonderful time in Aegina and a great part of that was due to this lovely apartment. The flat is beautifully designed, it’s spacious, comfortable and a in a great location. The hosts were very welcoming and flexible. They were attentive to all our needs and made us feel right at home and really cared for. They provided wonderful recommendations for things to see, places to go to and restaurants to try. Aegina has so much to offer and would definitely recommend this place as your base to explore the island, relax and have a wonderful time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε. Μας έδωσε πολύτιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή και φρόντισε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

The aparment very clean, easy to access, several cafes and restaurants nearby. Excellent communication with the host. 100% recommended.

There is an access from elevator direct to the apartment. Interesting design. The apartment is bright. There is a lot of windows with nice views. From the bedroom there is an access to the balcony and the roof top, where is very comfortable place to take a cup of coffee looking to the bay and the city. The view is nice both at night and daytime. There is a washing machine, and it is very important for me. The is no microwave, but you may use the owen to preheat your food. In general the apartment is full of things for comfortable life. It is silent and you don’t hear the neighbors. The way to the sea takes only 15 minutes by walking. Recommended. Thank you for hospitality

εξαιρετικά ανακαινισμένο σύγχρονο διαμέρισμα! υπέροχη αυλή!!

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!

We felt like we were at home and we were welcomed like family. What a great experience and I hope we can return soon. Thank you thank you thank you for everything.
