This beautiful cabin is in the hills of southern Ohio and includes the use of a 4 acre lake and 5 boats. Very private and remote, no neighbor houses can be seen. Great fishing for bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. Shelter house near lake with 2 picnic tables and fire pit and firewood. Sleeping for 12 adults; one queen bed and one adult bunkbed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and floor cushions. Our cabin has 2 full size beds upstairs in loft area as well as a comfy queen sofa that makes a decent bed also. There is a small table and chairs. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.This 14x40 cottage is brand new with a front and back porch. The front porch is the whole length of the cabin with 4 rockers to sit in and relax. The back porch has seating that overlooks farmland and you may see an occasional deer grazing in the field. There is a gas grill on the back porch as well. We have a fenced private area with a fire pit and chairs to enjoy a fire on a cool night.

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting with family. The cottage is adorable! We loved everything about it, inside and out. We loved being able to look out our window and see horses feeding, cows grazing, and the most beautiful birds flying by. We would definitely return here!

Great place to stay at an affordable rate... Our family of 5 stayed for a week. And was provided only 6 towles and a few wash rags. I definitely think they should fully stock for a family staying for a week. Tried to ask about fire wood a few times and never got a response, even on how to purchase because the store was closed we didnt know where to get any from. Luckily the local campers were very sweet and friendly and didnt mind loading us down with wood 🙂. The locals are lovely people. Other then that the cabin did its job and we had a great time.

Just what we were looking for. A peaceful getaway and time to unwind. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The house was well stocked of all the necessities. The house was clean and just as described. Brought everything we needed but the host was very helpful and had recommendations for guests should they desire to venture out. They were very responsive and helpful. We hope to go back!

Jennifer’s cottage was a comfortable, peaceful and beautiful place , I loved the farm atmosphere, the beautiful view and the animals. The cottage was super accommodating, literally had everything I needed and more ! And opening the fridge to see fresh farm eggs ready to be cooked and eaten was a plus. The cottage was pristine, smelled great and very well maintained. It was a perfect weekend getaway for me and I loved every second of it , I will definitely be booking again in the future , the owners were super polite the goats and little horses were amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

My family and I just spent a weekend at this place and it was awesome. It’s an older house that’s very well maintained. It has a lot of hunting memorabilia (as well as other very cool antiques) which for our family made us feel right at home. But even if you’re not a hunter, the beautiful surroundings and peaceful setting of this place cannot be beat. Terri was an amazing host and very responsive to every request. Highly recommend this place.
