A comfortable and newly renovated apartment in the residential area of Solares, near the train and bus station, with a paddle tennis court and community pools in summer. It has a small beach ideal for families and without crowds.

It also has an outdoor area for eating and enjoying a meal, 2 closed parking spaces as well as a large parking area, and an area to store bikes or surfboards.
