Monthly Rentals in Pedi

One of the best places that I have ever stayed. Superb location in a magnificent spot of a magnificent island, brilliant hosts, ample space, perfectly clean, equipped way above average in quality and quantity. Feels like home, in every way. I fully, totally and wholeheartedly recommend it, a place of great value.

The balcony views are wonderful, the location is really peaceful and so quiet at night. Pedi is a gorgeous bay, a few nice walkable restaurants and easy to reach the bus to get over to the main town. Dimitris was very easy to reach and the self check in/ out very convenient- it is easy to spot the house from the bus and very easy to reach by taxi at the new marina just up a some stairs. We had a lovely time watching the world go by from the terrace, and took a boat trip around the island visiting all the highlights which left from Pedi. Highly recommend getting the bus to the monastery in the south of the island and walking around the bay away from it- we saw two turtles bobbing around! Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Every time we got back from a beautiful day of walking and enjoying Simi, we had the perfect place to accommodate us. From the interior to the comfort and of course the view we got to see in the morning and in the evening, we had a perfect stay. Everything was very close by and still it felt pretty private and we had our own space in Simi, the host was very helpful and responsive for our needs. Thank you for letting us stay in this gem of a place and definitely a place to come back to!

We had an amazing stay at this place. So peaceful and an amazing view across the bay. Everything was clean and as described and has been redone with a new comfy bed etc since these photos. Close by to restaurants and bars in Pedi and a short bus ride to the main town. Taxi boats go from Pedi to some lovely beaches and a great boat rental place in Pedi too. Pantelis was super responsive and helped us with getting the hot water on and answered any questions we had. We would 100% go back!!
