Great place and very friendly host

We stayed on night on the way to see Carlsbad Caverns. Easy to find and keypad was easy. The bathroom is small but great hot shower and water pressure! The kitchen was fully stocked, which we appreciated. Temperature control was a bit difficult, the master bedroom fan was high with only one setting, this might be more of a problem if the weather was really warm. Good value for our needs!

The place was very nice. We would like to plan a trip there again maybe next year and if it is available, we will stay there again. The couches are comfortable, the master bed which I slept in was so comfortable I fell right to sleep.

Texas panhandle hospitality at its best! You immediately feel right at home. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and there are so many thoughtful touches, like plush towels, comfortable bedding, savory treats, and more. You enjoy quiet and privacy inside and out, but the hosts are always quick to respond and available for assistance. There is a very cute and super clean patio inside a fenced-in backyard, perfect for sitting outside. The single-car garage adds an element of safety. This is one of my all-time favorite places to stay in Amarillo and a bonus that it is dog friendly. Coco is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home in both The Cozy Cowboy and in Amarillo. She provides excellent recommendations for locally owned restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and things to do. You get to enjoy your time as a guest and don’t have a list of chores at check out. You simply pack up and leave. Coco and her husband, truly make you feel like valued guests.

Great place for the caverns!

Space was great...clean. My only complaint was that there needed to be dimmers on the lights for Living Room, Dining Room and Bedrooms. There should also be a desk for computer work...to the left of the fireplace would work well, as there is power adjacent. Also a coffee table in the Living Room would be helpful. Great space regardless. DN

Wonderful place to stay! Everything you need and more. Very helpful for us travelers that need last minute place to stay. Best place we found on our trip! Will definitely use her again!

Peaceful little place . Neat and clean

Kids had a great time playing in the brook and watching the natural wildlife.

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

We loved the place, beautiful decoration, it was like being at home, everything was very comfortable. Too bad the water heater broke down, but Louise efficiently solved the problem by offering us to stay in the condo next door. I hope the heater is fixed soon, because we would like to stay in your condo because we really liked it very much.

Amazing location! Close to all the fun and an easy walk to the campus. The place was incredibly clean and easy to find. Highly recommend!

It was nice we loved it

Our host was welcoming and responded to our requests, prior to check in. During the duration of our stay, we had everything we needed: extra towels, blankets, pillows, crib and dishes. We made some home cook meals and enjoyed the walking distance to Rib Crib. Thank you for making us feel at home and will definitely return in the future.

Great spot, a couple mins from the casino, a couple mins from town, a couple mins from Grindstone Lake & Trails. Perfect.

After looking at the reviews of some hotels in the area we deciding to check on airbnb and we're excited to find Pat's apartment. It was clean and he went the extra mile proving Snacks, water, and coffee :) wifi worked great. Highly recommend!
