Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pecos River

This house was so cute! The location was beautiful and private! We really enjoyed our stay and Mark communicated very promptly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hosts! They were very helpful when needed but did not infringe on our privacy. The house was cozy and well loved, with absolutely everything we needed. They left clear instructions on how to use all the appliances and audio in the house so we had no issues. The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a medium sized grocery store and a few restaurants about 10 minutes away, but for more variety one would have to go to Santa Fe. We did end up making extensive use of the kitchen and the grill. It worked out well for a low-key, relaxing trip.

This is probably my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! My fiancé and I booked Talia’s place to stay while exploring Santa Fe. Honestly, we could have just stayed here the whole time and we plan on coming back to do just that! The place is very comfortable and spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and offers a great nature walk. Talia and Bill are wonderful hosts, super friendly and personable. Last but not least, the private hot tub is the best!! Incredible views of the stars on a clear night. I can’t wait to come back and spend more time out here!

We had a wonderful stay at Marta's place. The kitchen is really well stocked - anything you could ever want to cook with was there! The space is lovely and location ideal - on a quiet street but close to everything. Appreciated her letting us check in early and check out late. Dogs loved it too. Would definitely stay again!

Tammy and Susan were very responsive. The place has everything you need. It was very clean and roomy enough for my 2 dogs and myself. Within walking distance to pickleball courts and great trails for leisure walk. The private deck was awesome. The sound of the wind was so soothing. I had an awesome time and will definitely be back soon.

We had an issue with the grill while we were staying there and Robert had it fixed the very same day. We had everything we needed at this home and made wonderful family memories!!

Great location, away from some of the hustle and bustle yet close to the Plaza and good restaurants. House decor was gorgeous. Front sitting porch was a lovely way to start the morning. Restaurant and coffee location and description info in the house manual very helpful.

We really enjoyed Cary's casita during a weekend in Santa Fe. Santa Fe is only 20-25 minutes away, and we really appreciated the country feeling and privacy of the neighborhood. The Family Casita where we stayed, was a good size and accommodated my husband and I and our greyhound (with huge crate!) beautifully. Our dog was able to use the enclosed (fully fenced) area called Dog Casita to go relieve himself and walk around, which was really appreciated. We didn't explore the grounds much, but they looked beautiful and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we took advantage of the kitchen that offered all the basics. Upon arrival we experienced a problem with the hot water, but Cary was prompt at responding and providing assistance. The plumbing is old and we just needed to be patient ; ) It was nice to be able to use the hot-tub! Loved the historic feeling of the indoors and how Cary furnished the casita while maintaining its originality. Very nice experience for a great value!

We had a really nice stay here. The house was very clean, with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The batteries on the door lock went dead, but I was able to reach the host right away and she let me know where to find replacement batteries. She also offered to come over and replace, but it was simple enough for us to do. That was all the help we needed and she was very responsive. The house is walkable to the central Plaza area. Overall a nice place and I would recommend.

This stay was beyond expectations in so many ways. It was Quiet, and peaceful. To any and all looking to get away from the noise of the world, this place is for you. The cozy atmosphere is evident as you pull up to a white picket fence. The house dawns a beautiful shade of yellow reminiscent of the fall colors befitting the area during this time. The dirt road was a bit to trek with a low profile vehicle, but let’s face it, this is Truck country! The reminder of the tough times of past helps seed the lovely aspects of the conveniences in the future. The home was stocked with plenty of amenities sure to keep everyone happy. Honestly, this stay reminds me of the true feeling of a Home away from Home.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and first time with a child (6 y/o) who enjoyed the outdoor space and cowboy pool. Great location within walking distance of downtown and all that Marfa has to offer. The host was inviting and communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice family home in East El Paso. Beautiful private backyard with pool and space. Interior was comfortable and has everything you need. Yasser was responsive. Check in/out was simple. Only caveat is there is a strict no gathering policy, so only 9 people max can enjoy the property at a time. We had a nice experience at this property and hope to be back!

The check-in to this property was effortless through Casas de Santa Fe. All communication and directions were succinct. The property was clean, professionally decorated and well-maintained. There were three private patios. Being in a gated community, we felt safe and secure. The property was very close to amazing hiking trails and the hotel restaurant and spa nearby. This property has its own community swimming pool, which we used daily. Parking was fantastic and spacious. The kitchen was fully operational and well-stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The only less-than-positive feedback was the hvac unit being a bit anemic for the square-footage of the home. The unit was equipped with box fans, which needed to be utilized to cool down the bedrooms. Would lease this property again.

Fernando is our outstanding host and we absolutely loved the property. Lots of great indoor and outdoor space to spend time with friends and family and the pool is perfection. We are looking forward to staying here again.

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

This home is incredible! The location is private and quiet in Teseque but just a short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza. The home features a wall of windows/doors opening up onto an expansive patio with gorgeous mountain views. It is tastefully decorated with luxury touches. The kitchen was chock-full of anything you need. The floorplan is ideal for two couples or parent/kiddos. The host was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!
