Communicated a lot with Mrs Janet throughout our long long stay, and every time she was great at answering our questions, had a leak with a water hose outside and she was right on it to come over and fix it. Loved our stay and loved how she made our experience warm!

Im really happy with that place

We truly felt like royalty in this beautiful home. The size was perfect for our family graduation party. We chose to visit one of Christie’s recommendations of the English Newsome Winery and it was well worth it. We all enjoyed our time in Lubbock and at Christie’s house. She even decorated the house for the holiday to make us feel welcomed!

Clean space with everything we needed. Area was peaceful and safe. House was as described and had the “Marfa” feel. I would recommend to others for a west texas place to stay

Great spot! The location was great - very quiet and peaceful. The unit was very nicely furnished, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was very walkable to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended!

The cabin was a great place to stay. Michele and Jim we're very helpful and quick to answer all our questions. They we're able to accommodate to our needs with short notice. Best of all, the views from the deck are great!

First, I want to say Thanks for being flexible and accommodating our needs! Let’s begin, this place is beautiful, and felt private for people who are looking for peace and quiet around them. Lovely fire pit, that’s actually working unlike others lol. This will be the place for summer with a beautiful pool and the fire pit and bbq grill in the back. You and your family or significant other would like this place. If you’re looking to party, won’t be for you unless you’re hosting a game night but make sure you let your host know others will be there. Thanks again Perry! This was our 2nd time staying at this property and first time with a child (6 y/o) who enjoyed the outdoor space and cowboy pool. Great location within walking distance of downtown and all that Marfa has to offer. The host was inviting and communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

This place felt like home. It was cozy and peaceful. My favorite part about staying here was the location. It was on the river and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.

Great place for the caverns!

Perfect for two people, especially if you have alternating shifts. Small but nice to spend the night at. Very responsive host and very accommodating for checking in and getting inside.
