The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

The 3 rooms in the house are ensuite with fresh crisp linen and there is an extra ensuite bedroom next to the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped, open plan and interactive.
