Muy linda la zona, cerca del río, mucho verde y tranquilidad. El depto estaba muy limpio, la cocina está bien equipada (habia café, yerba, té, pava eléctrica, etc) y la ducha muy buen también. La anfitriona fue amable y atenta tanto antes de nuestra estadia como durante, volveremos!

This was my 5th trip to Rosario and by far this was the nicest apartment. Not only was Ms. Andrea the nicest host, she was very accommodating to my needs. The apartment was so clean. The location also was great due to so many things being walkable. I will definitely be staying here in the future

Muy linda la casa, pasamos un finde hermoso con amigas. La casa es muy funcional, el barrio es tranquilo y tenes al lado un super para lo que necesites y muchas cosas cerca como heladería, panadería y demás. Todo impecable y Violeta estuvo siempre predispuesta para cualquier consulta antes y durante la estadía. Lo recomendio y seguro vuelva!

Nos alojamos este fin de semana y la verdad que la casa es muy linda, bien cuidada y la pileta y parque estaban impecables. Tal cual la descripción y fotos. El único detalle a tener en cuenta es, que si vas con niños, la pileta no tiene cerco. Pero todo estuvo de 10, muy buena atención de Sol y la zona es muy tranquila. Gracias por todo! Tienen una casa muy bonita!

Estuve en contacto con la co-propietaria (Zoraida). Todo excelente desde la predisposición hasta la forma en que nos recibió. Sin tener la obligación nos esperó con frutas y agua fría en la heladera, el dpto está muy bien distribuido y es muy cómodo. Un detalle y sólo por gusto propio, le faltaría un televisor, pero aún así siempre estuvimos cómodos en todo sentido. En la esquina hay un almacén SÚPER COMPLETO. Muy buena energía en el ambiente, recomiendo!

Excelente! Nanci fue muy amable, estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llegada y fue flexible con el horario de entrada y salida. La ubicación es genial a una cuadra del parque de la independencia, y a media cuadra de un estacionamiento público (que es para los tribunales que se encuentran en frente, pero en fin de semana disponible para usar) El departamento muy lindo y funcional.

El lugar es hermoso, el departamento está impecable y con una habitación preciosa si van con niños/as. Cocina totalmente equipada con muchos utensilios. tiene estacionamiento si venís en auto y si te moves en transporte público tenes varias paradas de colectivos a media cuadra que de te llevan a diferentes destinos. En frente está el Shopping Alto Rosario con patio de comidas y un hipermercado enorme. Está a menos de 10 minutos en auto de la terminal de ómnibus y a unos 15 minutos del centro. A pocas cuadras del río. Tanto Sofi como Ramiro fueron muy atentos. Gracias por todo.

El monoambiente es tal cual la publicacion y más, muy cálido, comodo, equipado con electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, como estar en casa. El anfitrión estuvo al pendiente siempre por cualquier consulta, excelente en el trato. Estaba todo muy limpio, ordenado, y de facil acceso.Muchas gracias por permitirnos estar en un lugar hermoso. Super recomendable y de seguro volveriamos a alquilar
