Get fun with the whole family in this stylish place. The house is in a condominium between the beaches of Ferrugem and Silveira, 5 minutes' drive away, and close to the city center. The house is brand new and newly built. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon and a wonderful sunset. The condominium provides walks in the midst of nature. In 20 min, along a trail down the hill, which leaves from inside the condominium, you are on Silveira beach, ideal for a walk. We have 24-hour concierge.

Amplo refugio, close to the beach, with contemporary architecture, tropical landscaping and Spa features. Furniture, comfortable and high quality furniture.
