Our stay was great. The place is well located, between the two beaches of Pinheira. It's very close to the center. Very safe and quiet site. It has a parking space, with very easy access. Claudio treated us super well, with everything we needed. The accommodations were a 10, everything was clean, organized, new. It has everything we needed. It is a kitchen and living room with a hammock, a very large room with air-conditioning and a bathroom with a large shower stall and a very good shower. It's very easy to access. Everything working perfectly. For two people, it's an excellent accommodation, the location is the best possible. We loved it.

The property is very well located, has its own entrance to the beach, very well equipped, very new kitchen, great barbecue area, perfect view. However, it should be noted that there is not much privacy, because there are other terraced properties, it is also not very quiet. The check-in and checkout were very quiet! We did not have any problems with our stay!
