Tökéletes hetet toltottunk Didier csodalatos házában es nagyon jól éreztük magunkat! Nagyon jól átgondolt, jól felszerelt, tiszta ház volt, minden igényt kielegitoen a konyhától, furdoszoban at a 29 fokra felfutott medenceig! Meg gym matrac, kettlebell, meg petanque is volt! 😉 Nagyon könnyű volt bejutni, idokorlatozas nélkül, nagyon részletes, érthető leírással, könnyű, ingyenes parkolással, akar 2 kocsi részére is. Nagy terekkel, nagyobb családoknak is tökéletes választás! Didier mindig gyorsan válaszolt, segitokesz, barátságos volt!

This is how AirBNB should be. The house is stacked with everything. How often are you in an Airbnb and they only have 6 plates? Here they have 20+, they have Great knives, tons of kitchenware, enough toilet paper, plenty of dishwasher tabs and also cleaner for the washing machine. Things you normally expect but somehow got lost in the making money machine Airbnb is now. Not here!! A absolute crazy welcome basket (have not had such a big one ever), friendly crew and absolute amazing place - can only recommend

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Villa de Carmina. Tout était parfait. La maison dispose de toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires à la réussite de nos vacances en famille. La piscine est un réel atout. Merci à Carmina pour le petit déjeuner d'arrivée.

This house is a dream coming true! They are the best hosts too. The only bad thing about that house is that I had to leave (lol). I would stay there many many times more. Lots of restaurants and groceries stores close. My family and I loved staying in there.

Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin was werkelijk prachtig. Het huisje is zo dicht bij de zee dat je in je slaapkamer de branding kon horen. Verder was het ontzettend stil. Een heerlijk zwembad en tuin met verschillende zitjes en ook ligbedden zodat je altijd kon kiezen waar je wilde zitten. Er was zelfs een BBQ!

Well what can I say about abor villa- By far the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. Absolutely exceptional and decorated beautifully, so artistic and clean and akin to a boutique hotel. Emma was a fantastic host, she made the whole stay exceptional for our young family. Personal touches such as a mini chair for our two year old with suitable cutlery, cups etc ready for us, even taking the trouble to remove the legs of the children’s bed so not too high from the ground. She provided a box of toys for our children and ensured staples were ready for us after a late flight so that the children had food and milk- something we whole heartedly appreciated. The position of the villa was ideal- close to the capital, excellent views , close to restaurants and local towns and ideally situated so easy to get to the northern sites of the island which really wasn’t far when renting a car. Emma was easily reachable and offered lots of recommendations. The pool and views exceptional, we will return!

Everything was perfect in our stay, the villa and the hosts. Great communication and support from them. The views from the villa were stunning, the pool was great. The tranquility that one finds there is unique. We are a family of four and everybody is busy with stidies and work. That was a healing piece of heaven which we enjoyed every minute and highly recommend.

This is one of the most beautiful AirBnB's I've ever stayed in. The house itself is modern, clean, spacious and very beautiful. It sits high up in the hills and we were greeted by a stunning sunset when we arrived. You won't be disappointed by the sunset! You definitely need a car to get to this location, but it's only around 10 mins from Arco de Calheta. The host was really responsive, friendly and always willing to help. We really have no complaints about this place!

J’ai passé une semaine de vacances absolument parfaite dans cette magnifique maison située à Madère. Le logement est spacieux, très confortable, impeccablement propre, et idéalement situé pour découvrir l’île. Tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien, et ça a vraiment été le cas. Franchement, je ne vois rien à redire tout était au top du début à la fin. Je recommande ce logement à 100 % et je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Madère. Karine and her family have been super sweet and helpful. We were a family of 6 spanning several generations, and the house is perfect for this. Highly recommended. Everything was new and worked flawlessly. Best recommendations from Kenneth.

The property easily lives up to the description and the pictures. The houses are fully equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pools offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean during the day and of the sky at night. There are no road noises, the place is truly calm. Grocery stores are a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants. Numerous hikes can be found in the region. The host is very reactive and will provide many recommandations related to restaurants and activities. Renting both houses to two families is a great way to spend time together while also having some privacy. I would go back there without any hesitation.

A casa está extremamente bem localizada, numa zona tranquila e com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. É o local ideal para descansar e aproveitar a paisagem. A casa está equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável e sem preocupações. Foi uma excelente experiência — recomendo vivamente!

Sehr empfehlenswert, da traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer und Funchal. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Äusserst grosszügige Unterkunft mit viel Platz und Stauraum. Eigene Auffahrt mit gedecktem Parkplatz. Für uns zu zweit kostenmässog am oberen Limit, wir bereuen aber keine Sekunde, die letzten Tage/Nächte unserer Madeira Reise dort verbracht zu haben. João hat auf unsere Anreisezeit sehr flexibel reagiert, Danke dafür!

Nos hôtes, Jeanne et Cristiano, nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux, avec des produits locaux à notre arrivée ! La maison est très bien située sur les hauteurs de Funchal, avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan (y compris depuis la douche italienne !). La piscine était très agréable (étant frileux, nous avons choisi de la chauffer), la cuisine parfaitement équipée, les chambres très spacieuses et confortables .... Nous avons aussi aimé la déco, les livres (notamment la collection de guides sur Madère en français !)... Tout était parfait, nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Patricia und ihr Vater Carlos sind exzellente Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen von Patricias Vater und willkommen geheissen mit Spezialitäten aus Madeira. Wir wurden umsorgt, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben in einem Ferienhaus. Patricia hat eine hilfreiche Dokumentation über das Haus und Madeira und Funchal.. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (7 Erwachsene) in Patricias wunderschönen Haus und hatten alle genügend Platz (verschiedene Terrassen) grosses Haus. Jedes Zimmer eigenes Badezimmer. Zu Fuss ein paar Gehminuten von Funchals Altstadt und vielen Restaurants. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen und dem Pool ist phänomenal. Nicht zu übertreffen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, es waren unvergessliche Ferien. Danke Patricia und Carlos

Fantastic villa. We stayed there as a family of four and loved the accommodation. The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The view was incredible looking out to sea from all the bedrooms, the living space and the pool area. The location was wonderful and close to beaches and hiking areas, less than a 20 minute drive to Calheta or the trekking areas in the mountains behind the house. Not really that far to anywhere on Maderia and we also had days out in Porto Moniz and even Canical was less than an hours drive. House was easy to find, check in was easy and hosts were very helpful throughout. Would highly recommend.

De hosts van deze fantastische plek hebben ons heel fijn ontvangen. Na een rondleiding door het mooie huis en de tuin, lieten ze de accommodatie aan ons om van te genieten. Ze hebben aan alles gedacht en er is zoveel in het huis aanwezig om een onbezorgde vakantie te hebben. Er stonden lokale lekkernijen klaar voor het hele gezin. We konden niets verzinnen wat beter kan en hebben genoten van ons verblijf. De omgeving is erg goed te verkennen vanuit deze plek en in de middag/avond is het dan fijn thuis komen in dit huis. Bedankt jullie beide!

Beautiful house in great location for exploring west side of the island. Check in is a little complicated because they have to meet you there and with travel sometimes it is hard to know exactly what time you can be there. Pool is very nice but please note they cannot heat it at all so we weren’t able to swim. It would be great in the summer though.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Alles was man braucht war da und noch viel mehr. Lage finde ich etwas ab vom Schuss und in einer Art Neubau Villen Siedlung. Geschmacksache. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Fantastic view, great pool (after heating), very quiet area ideal for relaxing. We had very nice furry guests (two cute cats and a dog) with whom we quickly became friends. The distance from the parking to the villa is not difficult or long at all, in some reviews people exaggerate a bit. The kitchen is well equipped, it was great to cook and eat meals in it. The host responds very quickly and helps when needed.

Pasamos cuatro noches maravillosas en Madalena do Mar y la experiencia no pudo haber sido mejor. El pueblo es encantador, tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar, con unas vistas al mar impresionantes y atardeceres que parecen sacados de una postal. El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y con todos los detalles bien pensados para que te sientas como en casa. Nos encantó despertar cada mañana con el sonido del mar de fondo y disfrutar del desayuno en la terraza con vistas a los platanales y al Atlántico. La ubicación es ideal para explorar la isla: cerca de Calheta, Ponta do Sol y otros puntos de interés, pero lo suficientemente alejada del bullicio para disfrutar de paz y naturaleza. Además, la gente del lugar fue increíblemente amable y hospitalaria. Se nota el calor humano madeirense. En resumen, fue una escapada perfecta. Recomendaríamos esta zona (y este alojamiento) sin dudarlo, y esperamos poder volver muy pronto.

Everything they say is true. If you can find space in Henrique’s crowded calendar, do not hesitate. So much private outdoor space! Our trip was early May and weather was variable, including some rain and a ferocious storm overnight. But we still managed to sit outside by the pool most evenings, just enjoying the exotic surroundings and watching the mist move about over the hills. So peaceful. Indoors is everything you need: the bedroom is large with reading lamps (quite rare in Airbnbs) and a huge wardrobe as well as a desk. The bathroom is also a good size with walk-in rain shower. The kitchen / diner / lounge is also well-equipped (there is a bread knife in the kitchen drawer, another Airbnb rarity) and the wifi works well. Everything top quality and ultra comfortable. We walked both up and down the hills into Funchal (although there is a bus service from right outside the door), as well as up to the Botanical Gardens. A very peaceful setting and a perfect host in every way.

Villa Gia is as stunning as the photos, with a stylish, spotless, and modern design. Henrique, the incredibly responsive host, met us for check-in, shared great local tips, and quickly resolved any minor issues. The driveway was no problem for our Mitsubishi ASX, making this a seamless and highly recommended stay!
